Just noticed I hit over 100K on my weekly Steps Total? Not really that high a number since it is only a little over 14,000 a day and many shoot for a minimum of 10K a day. Also a little 'unfair' since I run a good percentage (about 25 miles a week) of the steps. And in running you only get about ½ as many steps per distance as walking.

Post your weekly results.

Where do you go for that? I looked all over the phone and watch once my wife asked and could only find the weekly with the bars and the average, which I could use to get the weekly.

Well, let's just say I need to get off of my ass a little more often! Nice totals for those who have posted. Guess I should start running again! o_O

On your Apple Watch, press and hold on the activity rings and you will see this:

Cool and for this I know you go to Activity on the Watch and hard press the rings. Is there somewhere with weekly/monthly totals on the Phone?

Try the Health App - under Summary.

My totals go back to 2015 when I got my first Apple Watch.
