Sore hip so didn't run and walked instead so higher step count.
Still not running (inflamed hip) so a little more walking and an increase over last week.
The downward trend has been interrupted:
Ok, I’m new to this thread and I’m gonna give it a try. I won’t come close to you 100k dudes, but fin to see what I’m doing.
Down 10K but still broke 150K. Going to try and start back running this week so will likely/hopefully be down even more next week.
