1) When people touch my screen.
2) My iTunes MUST be organized absolutely FLAWLESSLY
3) When anyone other than me touches my computer
4) The Dock isn't clear
5) Only the HD icon can be on my desktop

yes other people touching my computer does annoy me too, this wasn't helped a few days ago when a 'friend' of mine decided in the same day I might add to slam the screen down on my ibook for some reason and then then stick a bit of plastic into my combo drive...why, I have no idea. It all seems to work which is the main thing! But still that pissed me off considerably.

I can't stand the dock shadow.

Download Unsanity APE and Cleardock from Versiontracker.

No more dock shadow and application ON arrows in any color you desire
to show up against your desktop background.

Touching my LCD screen
Modem not working anymore.
Bluetooth isnt built in
Not as nice as the laptop on the otherside of the room, AlBook 1.5Ghz
Can't burn DVD+R

1. Having to do a reboot after performing a software update. Not based on Unix nearly enough IMHO.

2. System getting progressively slower over weeks if I do not logout/reboot. Suspect it is a firefox plugin, but not had the time/inclination to troubleshoot it yet.

3. Having to locate my hex driver set every 3-6 months, take apart my beautiful Apple Pro keyboard and empty if of ugly crisp and bread crumbs, cat hairs, dust and other miscellaneous solid particles.

- Anyone touching the screen

- Dust on the screen

- I never have anything on my desktop, even HDD icons

- The sound of the fans

- iTunes must be perfectly organised

it runs windows
my wireless card wont work in *any* linux distro i've tried, even with ndiswrapper and the windows drivers(see #1)
about 30 dead pixels on my monitor cause i cheaped out and bought a $180 lcd
front usb and rear audio don't work cause im an idiot with jumpers
people using internet explorer on my computer
people moving my external hard drive
i can't take the recycle bin icon of the desktop

All of those apply to me as well... but another thing (I don't know if this counts) is that my battery only gets 2% of its original charge only after 24 months.

1. When a file is unfiled on my desktop.
2. When people touch my iBook screen.
3. When people pull off my iSkin ProTouch because it looks "cool" ;)

That's pretty much it. :)

the Q is too close to the W

you don't know how many times I've quit an application when I just want to close a window.

Happens in adium ALL THE TIME.

very annoying in safari, when I have 30 MR tabs open, that I'm going to read, and then.. BAM! Q too close to W'd!

I suck at the internet. :(

Forunately no-one has touched the screen on any of our computers, but at school one of my friends keeps touching the screen of a library computer (even though it's an ugly CRT and scabby covered in finger prints already) annoys me. Somehow I imagine the greasy finger prints getting on my computer drying out and being hard to clean. DON'T TOUCH THE SCREEN! :D

I hate how the white keyboard shows the tinyest marks and hairs and gets dirty in about 2-4weeks. Maybe opening it up once every couple of months may do the trick. I hope it doesn't yellow though. I hate white things yellowing.

I hate more than anything else how ignorant mac-hating PC-users (not your regular, macs-are-okay trapped with PC users -let's not get confused :p) keep going on and on about not being able to upgrade and swap everything, not having 16.175 USB ports, saying the iMacs G3s are boat anchors and saying task manager ( ) is better than "clover leaf, period, space bar", then complaining that macs don't have games.
Phew, that feels better  :p

i don't know whether safari has this feature, but in firefox you can have it warn you when you attempt to either close a window with multiple tabs, or quit the application when multiple tabs are open.

yeah, but when I actually want to quit with multiple tabs open, that message is so annoying!

I'm playing russian roulette with myself, then.

*shrug*

1. The fact that a lot of the chrome wore off the latch button on my PowerBook within weeks. Looks really ugly.

2. My mom pulled on an ethernet cable in my PowerBook and broke the plastic that latches the connector in. Doubtful that it could be repaired without a new logic board. Bugs me every time I plug in an ethernet cable.

3. When some PC user uses my Mac, gets confused by different keyboard shortcuts or key placements and then starts complaining about Macs.

4. The fact that my uptime mysteriously goes up much faster than real time is passing. What good is an uptime command if it's wildly inaccurate? It's gone from saying 4 days yesterday (roughly correct) to 8 days today.
