Listening to Guns N' Roses album 'Appetite for Destruction'.

Lately, I've been listening to Kacey Musgraves. Her first two (major label) albums: Same Trailer, Different Park and Pageant Material are fantastic. Pretty much every song is enjoyable and well worth listening to, even if you aren't a traditional country fan.

In addition to the catchy melodies and her alluring voice, Musgraves songs have a sense of wit and wisdom that is far beyond her years. She sings a haunting duet with Willy Nelson on Are You Sure?


Of her solo work, its hard to choose a favorite, but Blowin' Smoke seems to strike a somewhat timely chord with me right now.
