That's just the right tune! :D
I'll look it up on youtube and have a listen as well...

It is, isn't it, for what may be unfolding (and has indeed already happened) in an alternative universe......

Btw, I loved the picture of the little panda on the rocking horse - hilarious.

And thank you for the gurgling Bialetti pot; much appreciated.

And, for now, touching on a somewhat more positive note, next up, another song from the same outfit - thus, I give you, Queen - (there is something epic, at its best, don't you think, in their music?): "The Show Must Go On"

Currently listening to Touche Amore's new album, Is Survived By. Also perusing Joan of Arc's huge catalog.

"Unwell" - Matchbox twenty

'I'm not crazy I'm just a little unwell, I know right now you can't tell. But stay a while & then you'll see, a different side of me'~

And from the vinyl vaults, now to be found somewhere in my iTunes collection, a song called "The Wall Street Shuffle" performed (and written by, naturally) by a group that went by the name of 10CC.....

Sleepwalking by The Chaingang of 1974 - It's the song that plays in the background the GTA V trailers.

The 19th century Czech composer Antonin Dvorak, and a selection from his 'Slavonic Dances'. Try listening to 'Slavonic Dance Series 1, No. i, and Series 1 No viii' for a flavour of lively, rollicking Romantic (era) music. Great stuff.

(Some of the other, slower numbers are terrific, too, and are enigmatic in their understated melancholy, such as 'Series 1, No. ii, and Series 2, Nos ii & iv').

Stunning piece, gives me chills and almost makes me a convinced monarchist when I listen:

Hadn't actually spotted this when I posted. Terrific piece by a great composer.

Listening to it considering how my favorite character in NCIS left after last nights episode.

Roots Manuva - Movements

Awesome album, yet this track always stood out for some reason.

A much loved selection from the 'White' album (an album I consider possibly their best) by The Beatles': 'I Will', 'Julia', 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps', 'Piggies', 'Rocky Raccoon', 'Martha My Dear', 'Happiness Is A Warm Gun', 'Glass Onion', 'Sexy Sadie', 'Dear Prudence' and 'Cry Baby Cry'......

'Animals' (the entire album, really wonderful stuff, an album, indeed which has aged extremely well), by Pink Floyd.

And what a spectacular album cover, which featured the iconic Battersea Power Station (a splendid example of classical 1930s Art Deco design inspired by a generous public service vision of the state supplying electric power).

Ursula Bogner - Punkte

If you like bleep & beep music, check her out. Very much ahead of her time.
