The "Thanksgiving" track from George Winston's 1982 album December.

It's not quite Thanksgiving yet, much less December, but winter comes early to the Catskills and we just got the forecast of a first snow and a snappy 12 degrees overnight on Friday next! I'm ready for the change of seasons after that long autumn. This a nice gentle way to ease into it.

i love that record

Led Zeppelin "4" was released 46 years ago today. This is one of my favourite cuts from the LP, (one that hasn't suffered from over playing). It still holds up well, after all these years.

I loved Highlander. Great series.

And yes, I will admit that I have played that track around four times already this evening. It is my own personal favourite, too. Although I do like some of the others as well......
Oh yes. One Vision, it's a kind of magic, it's a hard life, radio gaga, and of course the excellent Bohemian Rhapsody. All good.

Have it playing now. Whilst I spent another 50k of someone else's money. Think that takes me up to about 250K for the day.
But No more work for today. You have to have a cut off at some point!

Which track?

If I am entirely honest, I will admit that I returned to "Who Wants To Live Forever" on more the a few (further) occasions tonight. An utterly brilliant track.

Re Highlander, I'm an historian, with an eye for detail, and serious degrees; nevertheless, I will say that never - not once - did I find myself quibbling about inaccuracy (and I am a demon for spotting such things).

I believe it was I'm going slightly mad! I had the album on shuffle.

No inaccuracies you say? I've never really studied it too much for them. Haven't seen the film in a good long while. Think it might be worth a rematch some time soon.

There can be only one!

Felt like a U2 kind of day, (before they were overly pretentious and still made decent music).

Well, maybe it was that I enjoyed the series too much to want to seek them out.

And I enjoyed the movie, too.

Pretentious, and the sort of philanthropists with tax issues, too.

Not really a fan, I must admit.

America - The Last Unicorn Soundtrack

I'm not sure what any of the lyrics mean, but the tunes are just so nostalgically 80s.
