Oh wow, yes! That's a SUPERB choice, what an album, complex, huge dynamic ranges, solid mix on the CD (given MJK's attention to detail, I'm not surprised). I meant to ask what you were going to queue up for the new gear.
It's an extraordinary album to be sure. That evening I went through a broad range of music to test out the new amp and cans. The only genre I really didn't touch on was classical and I'll do that today. Mozart and Vivaldi are my top classical favorites.

On the deck so there’s geese and some birds gossiping. It’s a still morning so leaving it that way seem fitting. Later I’ll pipe the games throughout the house and watch it out on the deck switching everything over to some later determined music.

Ah, brilliant.

Enjoy.

Everyone knows Spring, but - personally - I came to prefer Summer and Winter.

Anyway, I hope that Vivaldi tests your new equipment thoroughly and most enjoyably.
Actually, I usually skip over Spring and start in Summer. Spring is, to me, completely overplayed that I'm worn out with it. Like you, Summer and Winter are my favorites.

Now I'm on to Mozart's Requiem.

Also, I should mention that I'm listening to this on Tidal. I signed up for the 30 day free trial and these tracks are in the Master Quality format.

"Master Quality Authenticated technology (MQA), which is a way of compressing digital music without limitations to deliver guaranteed master-quality sound. This allows subscribers to hear music just as it was recorded in the studio; an audio experience as the artist intended. "
I've been going though some various genres this afternoon between iTunes/Apple Music and Tidal. I have to say that I am hearing a very distinct difference between the two. The MQA stuff sounds amazing through the Schiit Magni 3 amp and the Sennheiser 650's. I'm looking forward to receiving the Schiit Modi 2 Multibit DAC later this week and seeing how much better everything sounds all over again.

The clarity and detail of the Vivaldi and Mozart I'm listening to on Tidal MQA is unbelievable. I almost feel like I'm there with the orchestra's.

Mozart's Requiem is spellbinding.

Another idea - the old imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

But, first, after winter, Vivaldi's Summer will be given an outing.

Engelbert Humperdinck - From Here to Eternity.
From a different time, but very cool.... sounds very "Bond". Sounded awesome in the car on a summer afternoon.

10cc - "I'm Not In Love"

The making of "I'm Not in Love"
Thanks for posting, I have been listening to that song frequently since 1975, and finally knew the just behind the making.
I need to get that cd or album.
Their “cry” well godley and creame is great as well

Every Sunday morning I pipe a radio show called Acoustic Sunrise. It’s on a contemporary alternative station.
