There's 23 different playlists currently, with varying genre's of groups from the 80's. I'm currently listening to the 'New Wave Essentials', it's a great mix of groups like Duran Duran, Soft Cell, Animotion, After the Fire, Berlin ( I really like that group), and 'Til Tuesday. Really a lot of groups I had almost forgotten about all keep popping up in the playlists.

I was listening to the 50's rockabilly playlist before, but felt like branching out. Great playlists in the 50's section too!

I am just on the trial of Apple Music since I bought a HomePod, but I wish I had started it sooner, I was initially going to hold off until I bought into the watch and AirPods craze.

Trying out a new jazz release from pianist-bassist combo Chano Dominguez and Javier Colina, two Spaniards collaborating again after some time for separate adventures. Nice mix of original work and standards. Gotta love jazz that uses the "modern" (or Spanish) Phrygian scale. So a bit of cool for a hot afternoon in the mountains. Album is titled Chano & Colina. I could have done without the applause at track ends, but those are an easy edit even w/ the iTunes track editor, and the tracks are in fact taken from a live performance in Madrid in January of 2017.

Hard to believe this album was released 5 years ago; it seems like just yesterday. I'd love to hear what they're working on next, if anything.

Great band. Used to roll upstate on summer Fridays with Kaiser Chiefs' Employment trailing out the car windows as I headed upstate after another brutal week of August in NYC. A lot of those tracks seemed right on the money. May have bought the album on the basis of some of those track titles. :D

Agree. Plenty of good tracks. I predict a riot, everyday I love you less and less and Ruby being personal favourites.

Gotta hand it to Thousand Foot Krutch and Skillet for a majority of my music taste right now.

As of writing this I'm listening to Awake and Alive by Skillet.
