Okay, Vulfpeck are virtually unknown (I've mentioned them here before) but here's a clip of one of their songs, from a three-week sold-out series of shows, in some place called Madison Square Garden. But what I really want everyone to notice, is that the whole crowd is singing along with the disjointed instrumental break! There's hope for us yet!
Learned on CBS this morning that, between all band members, they have 76 Grammys!
Not hard to believe. Allison Krauss is supremely talented prodigy who only got better with age. Jerry Douglas is the best dobro player on the planet IMHO and it's not even close. Throw in everybody else and you have a bluegrass supergroup.
Don't know if you saw it but Rick Beato interviewed Allison a couple of weeks ago. Worth a listen.
