Always enjoyed the sound and the intense rhythms of the tabla, but this 3+hour collection had to be broken up into 4 or so listening sessions. Pretty interesting (and over my head) writeup in Wikipedia on how these are played and the rhythms used.

Oooh, and a sing-along! :D

I was lucky enough to see him live last year, just months before he passed. One of the best concerts I've ever been to. Two hours of the same "raga" - sort of like a mode - and I never got tired of it. Was engaged the entire time.

I think I may have shared this already but oh well. One of the best brotherhood rock videos of all time :) Everyone needs more red Fang in their lives.

Just gotta share my appreciation for Philippe Herreweghe and Collegium Vocale Gent, probably my favorite Baroque ensemble. I've built up a collection of nearly all their Bach stuff. All 17 volumes of Cantatas, plus all the masses, etc. Wonderful stuff. Perhaps the best recordings of Bach's choral music out there. Worth checking out if you like that stuff!

Cant lie i am on a death metal run right now and the new Lorna Shore song is so awesome ( but its not for everyone ) video is pretty glory
