Everything. I'm aiming for a year free of technology and nonsense purchases. January 4th - on target.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4, I really really don't need one. I already have the 15 inch rMBP the 2015 rMB and the iPad Pro 12.9, but as of recently I have been finding all these excuses that would justify getting the Surface Pro 4. Not that any of them are actually reason enough to buy one. But damn it is tempting, especially since I find myself needing a Win 10 device, but then I could just use Boot Camp.

This is looking less and less likely to be purchased, if I can stop myself between now and the end of the month then I should be off of it for another 9-12 months I imagine

Been hearing a lot of issues with bluetooth connectivity issues with the Mac, though.
I was not able to get one that was in budget, close enough and available. The one I had my eye on sold before I could see it. Ended up with a 535i xDrive M-Sport instead for now
It looks like Microsoft will be announcing the Surface Pro 5 within a month or two... how about waiting and seeing what that brings to the table? Hopefully it'll help justify the purchase a bit more. "It's new!"

I can't speak for Mac connectivity, but my friend (Windows user) recently was torn between the mouse you listed and this one:

And he ultimately decided on the latter. He's very satisfied with it. I myself got to use it the other day and I can attest -- AWESOME mouse. I absolutely love it. Great texture and great weight. It's a little bit shallow (so not great if you love to palm grip your mice). I'm actually planning on buying one myself. Cheers.

I'm just looking for a comfortable mouse while editing photos. Using a trackpad gets tiring.

That's been sitting on my Amazon wishlist for what seems like ages now. Such a gorgeous piece of equipment that I just can't justify on my paycheck.

That wire though is an eye sore unfortunately and wish they had wireless capability.

Its controlled by an iPhone app, that control panel on the bottom right has a wifi chip in it. The cable is just for power.
I guess the trick is to be creative with the cable and route it a somewhat aesthetically pleasing design... like these examples:
