I did read an article about 50 year mortgages in Japan. Basically your parents buy a house and pass on whats left of the debt when they die!I don't think you know how car loans or mortgages work.
Glad I finished my mortgage at 33.

Actually no :C
In the UK the standard term is 25 years. These days though it's hard to get a 10-15% deposit together.Nothing wrong with that, they don't seem to teach it in school for some reason.
In my experience, MOST car loans are capped at 6 or 7 years.
I work in mortgage, the "standard" terms for a mortgage are 15 or 30 years.
That being said, there are always PLENTY of options out there for financing.
iPad Pro 10.5", still paying for my Samsung 4K TV so iPad will have to wait for a few months, might get one for Christmas.
Set Mrs AFB's up last night. Looks good!Me too! I have the 9.7 pro so don't really need it but I want it!
Pay off the TV before you buy. It's not worth getting into debt over!iPad Pro 10.5", still paying for my Samsung 4K TV so iPad will have to wait for a few months, might get one for Christmas.

Same here. My 9.7 is fine but the ProMotion is a fine selling point and love the slight screen size bump and the bezels!
More Apple stuff (namely new iMac and another iPad Pro.) Unlike the iP7+ case which I did an exchange for (returned unopened plug/cable at the Apple store yesterday).
I must wait though. I did not think I'd use an iPad again (after all my failed attempts), but I absolutely love my new iPad Pro.
I absolutely love my new 10.5 Pro but would also love the 12.9!
