Sort of still deciding here...

Should I get 32GB RAM or not? Also maybe worth waiting to see the GPU performance difference? Some of the options restrict you to higher choices only.

No express shipping option

16", 64 memory, 32 core, 2T SSD in USA

UPDATE:
just revised to Arrives "Nov 17 - Nov 24" (thanks to another poster that posted a change ;-)

Base model and Oct. 26 delivery; went thru trade-in and so on; and no delays or glitches on my existing MacBookPro. All was seamless. Great upgrade by the way!

14" base model, Space Grey, US - October 26th, also got 3rd Gen AirPods.

Time to sell this 2016 MacBook.

M1 Max 14" with 1TB, 32GB, reduced GPU cores (24 core GPU)

"Delivers Oct 29 - Nov 2 by Standard Delivery", UK

Anyone else gone for a 24 core GPU? I wonder if that's what's affecting my delivery date.
Yes. 16 inch, M1 Max, 24 core GPU, 32 GB memory, 1TB SSD. Delivery to mid-Canada Dec. 2-10. It would be a month earlier if not for the 24 core which bumped things from the Pro (I was actually looking at) to the Max, which therefore 'demanded'/included the 16GB bump to 32GB RAM.

I went with the base 16" model, and looks like I will get it next Tuesday! Very excited. It is very eye-opening just how far behind Intel has fallen. The M1 Pro and M1 Max are beasts, crushing just about anything out there. And the battery life, wow. Can't wait!

14-inch MacBook Pro - M1 Pro upgrade w/ 10-core CPU, 16-core GPU / 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD
Nov 3 - Nov 5th Delivery (California, United States)

2-3 weeks - Nov 10-17

Maybe I should have done more RAM instead of storage...

this is why I hate these rush to orders..

is 32gb upgrade on base 16 inch worth it?

It depends on your needs. And we could have a very long debate on it.

The debate on 8 GB vs 16 GB was epic. My personal feeling is that 32 GB should be the base RAM on the MBP 16. 16 GB was the base RAM on my 2014 MacBook Pro 15. It's 7 years later.

14 Inch - Space Grey - 10 CPU/16 GPU - 16GB - 512GB
My order page says delivers Nov 5th, the confirmation email says Nov 5 - Nov 10. I leave Nov 9th on vacation. Really hope it arrives before then.
Traded in my base 2018 15" MBP 2.2 and received $840 credit. Easiest Trade-In Decision Ever. Goodbye 90°C processor temps and 80 minute battery life while doing anything that needs the dedicated GPU. :D
