Just got my 7+ today. Slipped on my new Spigen Rugged Armor case, and when I tried out the new stereo speakers, it sounded like the sound was louder on the bottom speaker. Took me a min to realize it's because the top has no cutouts for the top speaker. Sorry if this was addressed earlier (didn't feel like reading all 11 pages), but is there a case that has a top speaker cutout?

There is no need for cutouts because the "top" speaker is actually in the earpiece speaker

Ah, I didn't even look at the phone itself. Assumed the speaker was on the very top, like the bottom one. Thanks.

Got the Incipio NGP Pure in black for my matte black 7 Plus in the mail today. It's a shiny/polished translucent TPU case (in contrast to the matte appearance of the regular NGP). Not solid like a plastic snap case, it has some give/cushion feel). Has a jet-black-like appearance. The cutouts on the bottom are large (three holes for the speaker, faux-speaker, and lightning port) and I'm not sure how well they'll hold up over time as TPU tends to flex slightly over time. Right now it seems to be a snug fit though.

Actually thought the NGP Pure would have a matte finish based on the description on Incipio's website, so I was a little surprised when I first opened the packaging. It does look nice on the phone though.

I can post pics if anyone wants to see what it looks like. Let me know.

I have a caseology skyfall clear with dark blue and also a wavelength black and dark blue. I love caseology cases. I also have a speck grip presidio coming. I fell in love with Speck last year. It's plain black but I got a discount from work so I couldn't pass it up.

I have an black Otterbox Commuter case for my new iPhone 7 Plus 256GB in matte black. I've always used Otterbox cases and never have had a problem when I accidentally dropped my phone, etc.

I would definitely like to see a pic.

I am looking at several Incipio cases right now and have the NGP Advanced on order. I had the NGP DualPro on my 6S and really like it but I wanted something a little lighter and thinner for my 7 plus.

How is the feel of the case? Is it grippy or slippery?
Thanks!

I have a few cases....

Tech21 Evo Mesh - Black
Caseology Titan Series - Matte Black
Speck Presidio Grip - Blue/Black
Apple Leather - Red

I ordered the same one for the same phone. Hasn't arrived yet but I thought it was supposed to have a frost finish to it also. A little disappointed. Mind sharing some photos?

The UAG Plasma case looks fantastic with the matte black 7 plus, in my opinion:

Kristin

I've seen a couple case companies saying that their 7 cases will fit 6s phones. How is this possible? Wouldn't you not be able to use the headphone jack at all?

Oh never mind, I just saw the bottom of the case in your video haha.

The leather case isnt available till end of October. Best Buy had it priced below $40 so you may want to hit a store if you want it earlier.

Well I feel like a git... you are correct sir, I could have sworn they removed the Late October advisory, but its there now

I contacted Nomad and the first line of the inventory went to Best Buy.

Pictures below, screen protector is the Zagg Glass+.

It's pretty light and form fitting. Had purchased an Apple Leather case (which I have since returned) and when comparing the thickness it was about the same size.

The case is slightly grippy. It is a finger print magnet (they wipe off easily) and reflects light (hence my photos being at side angels). I would have never ordered it if I had known it was shiny in appearance, but it honestly looks really nice in person. Planning on using it as my "day-to-day" case for the time being.

Let me know if you guys have any other questions

Looking for something similar to the red leather Apple case but protects the bottom of the phone. Does not have to be leather. Preferably thin but protective. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks

Bought the otter box defender and symmetry. Went back and forth on which I preferred and in the end decided to keep the defender and return the symmetry. I feel like the defender could survive a nuclear war.
