I've mainly been playing Cold War Zombies lately but I did replay RE Village last week in Village of Shadows mode.

I am looking forward to Kena Bridge of Spirits that releases next month I believe... Kena should be sort of like Zelda BOW, which might be my favorite game of all time on any platform.

Can’t freakin wait. It’s been a long time I’ve wanted to play this game, as one of the main reasons why I even bought the Xbox Series X. I’ll have more time to play this weekend. Surprisingly, they sold out of copies at my local Target.

Just got the Platinum for Greedfall. Really good game. Undecided what to play next. I don't want to spend a lot of money. I might trade in Greedfall towards Immortals Fenyx Rising since it is on sale.

I've been impressed overall. I really wish they just made a macOS version of this, but it does run really well on the xbox series x (way better than bootcamp windows on my 2017 iMac 27")

There are still a fair amount of bugs (I had issues remapping the Thrustmaster hotas X flightstick for example) and I do wish that I could integrate 3rd party programs into the sim (for example TrackIR, FSUIPC, Air Manager) but for what it is they did a good amount of work, and it is beautiful for vfr flying.

If anything, I believe this will hook lots of people into upgrading to the full PC flight sim experience, once they reach the limits of the unfortunately closed xbox system.

I am a real life pilot (fly a Phenom 300 currently) so I am probably more critical of the small compromises for these games/sims than others. For example, I can't stand using anything other than real rudder pedals in a flight sim game, I assume most flight simmers use rudder bars or buttons...

I also use Xplane 11 on my mac for some unofficial training, and just to keep up my skills in general (glass cockpits will make you lazy with steam gauges). I can't see the xbox version replacing my mac X-plane just yet, but I think the pc version could once enough add-ons have been developed and refined.

I believe that FS2020 is not a game but a platform. This version is only th beginning.

Over the coming years, bugs will be sorted, new features added and more handcrafted buildings added.

My biggest concern is that Microsoft might want to milk it for all its worth and turn the game into........payware.

I would dread having to pay:
£20 for Top Gun DLC
£12 for a handcrafted airport
£8 for a certain building

However, who am I to deny MS the right to earn income? Fortnite, COD and Battlefield generate annually a sickening number of billion EACH from in app purchases.

I annoyingly got into 'titan fall 2' 3 weeks ago and then it got hacked and all the online servers are dead....so I guess I'll be playing Overwatch till hopefully the hacker gets bored and moves on, the devs don't even seem fussed about the hack

where did you buy your xbox still trying to get hold of one! that isn't over priced

A discerning consumer that produces disappointed shareholders ?
I am not against in app purchases but when they account for 50%+ of the key assets in a game, it's bad for consumers and creative artists.

Let me give you a good example. Some games have in app purchases that are licenced. These licences expire after 3-5 years.

This is when Xbox and PS Store have discontinue the game. Just like that, all copies of the game in circulation are rendered half useless because fun in-app purchases are no longer available.

For car games it means watching youtube videos of cars and tracks that you will never be able to buy despite owning a physical copy of the game. Further more in app purchases can't be transfered to someone else :(

Fallout 76
I am giving it a new chance. It will be interesting to try again after they have fixed so many bugs. Honestly, I will still remember it, but since I already bought the game ...

Finally managed to finish Kingdom Rush :)
Now I am playing on occasion Ring of Pain and from time to time a round of Monster Time.

I remember when Kingdom Rush was a free to play flash game. Now I can see that the game needs to be purchased in the app. You probably also need to buy currency or some items.
Overall a GREAT GAME, but I couldn't pay that much for it.

Kingdom rush is fun. Several years ago I played it on the iPad.

Just finished Jedi Fallen Order, a really fun game, and also started playing with everyone's favorite Wutai ninja.
Oooh, yeah. Jedi Fallen Order is a great game. I really enjoyed it.

Have fun with the ninja! I've only done a few hours but I'm having fun so far.

I do most of my gaming on my Nintendo Switch. That being said, I've been playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons and I think it's time for another run through Diablo III (still my favorite game of all time). 😀

Right now, Monster Hunter Rise on the Switch, and Judgment on the Xbox One X.

I will prob start FF7R Intergrade DLC sometime soon as well.Backlog is huge.

I've been on a retro streak lately so right now I've been playing Metroid via Nestopia and Ultima 6 via DOSBox. I had forgotten how friggin' eerie and awesome Kraid's Lair's theme was. Impressive stuff from that era.

Not a console game, but U6 is more of a nostalgia thing for me - it was the first RPG I really got into as a young kid. It felt huge and epic back then. It seems silly now - decades later when open worlds are standard for the genre - but back then it was mind blowing all the stuff you could do that really had nothing to do with the plot.

Finished it: absolutely loved it. Yuffie's targeting is sometimes a bit weird, but for the rest: pure awesomeness. Only have two more optional (hard) bosses left and it's 100% on the DLC. And the long wait for Part 2 can continue...

And 8 more days for the Ghost of Tsushima DLC! Another awesome game.

Finished Horizon Zero Dawn. Great story but the open world was really really boring to me.

Dang, I guess Yuffie will need to wait until I finish the Ghost DLC!
