I live in Hawaii, this is our dish .Probably one of the most disgusting factory canned products ever made with ingredients that includes mechanically separated chicken. Enjoy!
Its pork and ham and only six total ingredients, no chickens were harmed in the making of Spam. 😉 As a bonus it helped win a war for the good side, that in itself is a good reason to eat it.Probably one of the most disgusting factory canned products ever made with ingredients that includes mechanically separated chicken. Never mind all the amazing from scratch meals @Mellofello808 has posted as well. Spam is no worse than any other processed meat really. Not something to eat every day.Its pork and ham and only six total ingredients, no chickens were harmed in the making of Spam. 😉 As a bonus it helped win a war for the good side, that in itself is a good reason to eat it.
Sounds interesting and who doesn't love brill, hahaha. Never had it actually so I have no clue. Chard is always welcome in anything mostly all the time.Poached brill in a miso and chicken stock, with Japanese rice wine, a little soy sauce, a little fish sauce, black pepper, in which the potatoes had been parboiled, and, in which, leeks and carrots, - and, later - (after the fish had been removed) finely chopped chard and French onions had also spent some time, served with roasted potatoes.
Brill is (sometimes) described as "poor man's (sic) turbot".Sounds interesting and who doesn't love brill, hahaha. Never had it actually so I have no clue. Chard is always welcome in anything mostly all the time.
Looks amazing, simple, and love the ‘no-crust’ execution. I find most people use store-bought premade crust, which are garbage anyways, and just detracts away from the pumpkin flavor. Our (Canadian. eh!) Thanksgiving dinner (Sunday) ... sliced roast ham, baked acorn squash & potatoes, a raisin mustard sauce for the ham ... and 'no-crust' pumpkin pie for dessert. Nothing fancy, but sure flavourful and tasty for these two old timers!!

Thanks!! agree re: store-bought crust. We usually make a crust, but this time just wanted the taste of the pumpkin - used all the seasonings & such - and sure enjoyed it.Looks amazing, simple, and love the ‘no-crust’ execution.
