I don’t think it’s pretty straight forward. Seeing it, doesn’t really scream, you can actually scroll to change the time, especially on the whole screen and not just on that somewhat tiny area. It’s weird
That part of it isn't so much and should probably be improved. The time entry using a keypad, which is what that straightforward comment was about, on the other hand is fairly straightforward in general.

It was certainly awkward and clumsy at first for me. However, now that I don't need to remind myself that it's similar to a traditional number keypad entry, the input is actually quicker.

Think of how we enter PINs on iDevices, now think of how long, much effort it would require if we had to select the numbers using a multiple dial type combination lock.

Having to type in something is nonsense. Apple is already looking at changing this soon. Note: I'm an Apple developer and even developers did not want this horrible change.
I'll be honest i much prefer typing it in compared to endless scrolling to set the time.

I'm getting used to the changes to the date/time picker, but I hate the changes to the Agenda (list) view that everyone else has posted about. All the changes just make it harder to know what my day looks like. AARRGGHH. I've reported to Apple Feedback.

While we're ragging on the Calendar app: anyone else noticed that when you're in the Agenda/List view of appts and press the + sign to add a new appt, the Date that is defaulted on the new appt is basically random. Sometimes it's the date of the first appt visible in the list, but sometimes it's 2 days before or 3 days in the future. There's just no rhyme or reason.

Hey, Apple: When you make the Day of the appt bigger font like everyone wants, please make it clickable to open a new appt ON THAT DAY.
