I have a 50% off code for ZAGG.com if anyone is interested in the invisibleSHIELD for the iPad.

I just compared my ipad with sgp af and my wife's ipod touch with powersupport anti glare installed recently. I go to the same website with many texts and I resized them to the similar font size. Powersupport is obviously more clear even though iPod has much smaller screen. I am a little surprised at this result. Hope somebody can do the similar comparison.

Nothing is better then Powersupport.

This was already done. Search the forums. There's no point in repeating myself.

I also have a Zagg 50% coupon. PM me if interested. I think they are overpriced compared to Bestskinever. Been using it way back for my iPods and iPhone and they prevent scratches 100%.

When I got my iPad, I found that running my fingers through the screen is a little difficult in that it feels streaky and unsmooth. BSE solves that and I recommend getting it. $21 shipped for front, back, and sides, compared to Zagg's, which is $27 shipped, and that's including the 50% off coupon.

I have read the post before I bought SGP, so I have expectation to see SGP can provide at least the same clarity as PS. But now I can't bear the blur effect. That is the reason why I am surprised. Actually, I wonder if I did anything wrong when installing the protectors or the iphone and ipad of SGP have different quality. I think it may be still meaningful to compare the performance of SGP and PS on ipad. I will buy PS if it can provide the same clarity as its iphone version.

Actually I found a review written in Chinese (http://www.itouchtw.com/archives/4467) gave SGP AF ipad very positive comment about its clarity before I got mine. The only difference of his SGP and mine is his protector having upside down U at the bottom but mine having a perfect circle at the bottom. However, I think this difference should out be related to the clarity.

Odd, I have the upside down U one as well....

If anyone can share a zagg.com coupon I'd appreciate it. I didn't see the option to send a pm. Maybe it's because I'm new to the forum?

I would strongly recommend the Speck one, I just received it today and it was much better than I expected. Speck has never released a screen protector so I had some doubts when I ordered this. Personally I really like this more than the Powersupport one (I have it on my iPhone), the Powersupport ones tend to be a little thick and you can see some reflecting lines though the screen protector when it's displaying white. The Speck one feels very smooth and thin so that it doesn't affect the experience of using the iPad. Also this screen protector is slightly smaller than the iPad screen in cutting, therefore there is margin for error for people who cannot put it on perfectly.

P.S. about the eBay ones, I bought one of those last week and the cutting wasn't that perfect. I guess they made it before the iPad was launched so that the edges are so tight that one little mistake could lead to bubbles over the side because it overlaps with the sides.

Best $19.95 I've spent on a screen protector. =D

"This screen protector provided the consummation the protection to exempt is grasped the mark and still preserves your screen realy colored. This transparent material cannot the dim screen."

Wow, it does all that? Sold!

I have to ask in all seriousness - is Power Support somehow unique? The skeptic in me says most of these places are sourcing their film from the same suppliers and there is no clear reason to pay more from one to the other.

In other words, anyone have substantive evidence all clear static cling type screens are not the same material?

I tried to show what I saw about sgp af on my ipad and ps anti-glare on my ipod touch. These photos are taken by my iphone. It may not be the same to see screen directly and see the photos, but I hope it may somehow reflect my experience. Generally speaking, sgp is less grainy but more blur. If PS for ipad can provide me what I saw on my ipod touch, I will choose PS.

I just installed the GSP Anti-Fingerprint on the iPad. I have to say, I'm proud of myself. It's a perfect install. Not a piece of dust, and it's on perfectly straight. The only problem, I already miss the clarity of the screen... I'm going to force myself to use this over the next couple of days, and see if I can get used to it, but after a couple of weeks with an uncovered screen, I think I can deal with finger prints and having to clean it off... We'll see in a few days.

i feel the same way with my invisible shield. I miss the feel of the glass and just having it bare naked but i do enjoy the protection and admittedly has come in handy when others grab hold of it or when im messing around with it in the car.

After putting on a Zagg I felt the screen was not as clear but decided to leave it on. Yesterday I had to have my ipad replaced at the Apple Store so I now am back to nothing on the screen. To me difference is very noticeable. I am going to find it hard to put a saver back on. people really seem to like the Power Support one but there seems to be no way to get one at this time.

The price seems reasonable. There's no brand though? Can you please describe it more on your iPad? How's the clarify? Is it really dust-free and fingerprint-free? Was it easy to apply? There seems to be the anti-glare version at a slightly higher price too.

I tried SGP (O shape) and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I have no experience w/ screen protectors and thought my expectation was pretty low. I saw good reviews for SGP and when I saw not-so-good reviews I thought it might be because of high expectation, but alas, I was also not very happy with mine. It really is blurry. And the cost is $22 compared to these $6 versions...

Btw, for PowerSupport (iPhone), do people prefer the anti-glare (matte) version, or the crystal clear version?

Anyone try the Incipio Anti-Glare protector yet. I have the SGP on now and feel the blur effect is too great.

Sa-weet! I thought theirs was the best on the iPhone and I tried both ghost armor and invisible shield as well.

Anyone else try the Speck versions as tanyawongz referenced above?

Less then 12 hours, and a huge waste of $22, I ripped the GSP off my iPad. Seriously, on the iPhone, where you're putting it up to your face, and it's gets oily fast, I can't live without the anti-fingerprint, but on the iPad, no way. It's takes so much clarity away, it makes an amazing screen look dirty and hazy. My suggestion, stay away from the SGP Anti-Fingerprint on the iPad.

Looks like I'll wait for a crystal clear...
