So did you like it? I was irritated with this movie’s marketing making it appear to be something it was not. Honestly as a romance I was a bit ho hum.Waking up in a spaceship. It’s just you…and the darkness of space.
Same not remotely a fan of Bait & Switch, just spoilt the film for me. The whole premise is flawed, they are not thrown together via adversity, just the selfishness of one with a default Hollywood happy ever after 🙄 Not real bad, not real good a time waster at very best.
Want to watch a far better film on the same lines? Watch Pandorum (2009) leagues better and one that stands the test of time...
Sci-Fi/Horror done right with a solid narrative that makes sense...

well it does have travis fimmel in it - a great aussie actor.
but the synopsis from imdb is somewhat interesting given what baldwin got away with …

We are seeing this today at 2pm in Detroit, will rewatch the 2001 movie afterwards.

indeed a worldwide phenomenon.
it played here in australia from late 2021 to something like 1.5 million patrons overall.
of course the original, made famous because of the outrageous can-can dance of the mid-1800s.
it caused quite a stir back then as the dancers wore no nickers

Avengers: End Game (2019)- The magnificant Infinity Stone Saga Franchise Finale.
”If you go back in time and change the past, you create a new future, and your old future where you came from is your past.” given as the reason why killing baby Thanos would not work.This is a tacit nod to a popular view of how time travel might work. Then the writers proceed to blow this out of the water, changing the past 7 times, creating 7 new futures and yet via Stark’s quantum gps device, and the quantum realm, they can navigate back to their original time line.
And I’ll avoid talking about how “old” Nebula, brings Thanos and all the baddies from the past or how Capt America placed the infinity stones back at the exact moment to undo what was already done, and then makes it back to this timeline without the Quantum gps. That lost me. 😝
