This is why I went back to 24MP sensors. Tired of burning through NAS and cloud storage at such a fast rate. 118MB once made into a TIFF with a few PS edits is scary big.
Now that's cute. I have files that I have to save as PSBs because they are over the 2GB PSD limit. ;)

I was watching reruns of House the other day, and kept thinking "Man, this would have looked so much better if they'd used a cheap camcorder rather than a Canon 5D to shoot it."
Video quality has improved quite a lot since then. That said, camcorder video quality is great, even in the old HI-8 tape.

It was actually funny in class. When we would be copying our images to the professor's computer everybody would bring up their USB drive and be done in less than a minute. Then I would walk up and the professor was like "oh here we go!"

Hey, it's not my fault they want the original document with all layers. ?

I use a 16GB and a 32GB SD card. Oh and a 4GB spare for any firmware updates that are released for my camera.
