Seems like most people are on new phones.

I'm I the only one still with a phone from 2012?

SGS3.

It might have lest to do with ips vs amoled and more to do with the samsungs 720p pentile display which appears grainier than other 720p displays. Especially phones like the moto x.

Nvm. You edited. And no you're not the only one. I've got my Nexus 4 and love it. Aside from the ****** battery and camera everything is great. Managing fine without LTE and performance is still top notch. Still as fast as the day I got it.

True! I forgot about the whole pentile thing. Now I remember all the fuss around that when it was revealed.

Never again buying a pentile display :mad:

With February looming what do you guys think? Should I make a new thread next month or wait until spring and make this quarterly from here on out?

Maybe just create one single thread and let people post updates when they change phones and upgrade :D:D

I'm using Note 2 since December 2012.

Still in decent condition, running Android 4.3 very smoothly and having a nice UI.

I'm still (as mentioned early in thread) in favor of doing this quarterly because month to month changes would be too slight to stay interesting.

The poll would become uninformative in that case. For me, the poll is the most interesting bit.

Due to my Nokia 920's unfortunate screen damage from a bike mishap last week, I am now using a Nokia 1520. Love it. Was worried about the size, but it is actually quite manageable. Great screen, camera and battery life. Have all the apps I need.

How are you liking the Note?

I love it. It's fast, has a great big screen and so many useful features. It's nice to have a note again. I think I'll be sticking with this phone for a while. I had the original note for 18 months. I only got rid of it because it had a lot of problems (switching off, overheating, reebooting)
I've not been able to settle since. I had the s4 for 4 months and the 5S for 28 days.

It's a beast.

Verizon Moto X Dev edition. Amazing still running stock even a month later. First phone I have been satisfied with stock this much.
