I have used Shellrus for a while. I ordered 2 last time there was a Black Friday special.

After a few months the coatings on it wore off, and then it had to be cleaned often as it always looked fingerprint-ey and dare I say "foggy" around many areas for lack of a better word. Switched back to tempered glass for a while. Since I already got the spare one, I just put it on recently again.

I would not buy again though, unless I found a way to get the Oleophobic coating back on after a while. Cause when it was new, it was great. Feels a bit more premium than tempered glass. The coverage is also better (really got edge to edge, but still cases work with it).

And yes, the scratch proof nature of Sapphire is legit. Not a single scratch after the 4+ months I used it before I took it off cause I got tired of cleaning my phone 10x a day.

For the same price of 1 Shellrus, I figure I could buy 8-10 tempered glass protectors and change them every month or two and always have fresh oleophobic coating.

Used these today great reviews
14 Pro & 14 Pro Max both for $68 shipping to uk
I’ve tried so many screen protectors including the Shellrus Sapphire. I find the FloLab to be my favorite. Installs easily and oleophobic coating holds up nicely.

I used to use the PET Film screen protectors earlier but those were a huge pain in the ass to put on. I'd always get like 4-5 of them since I could never get the first one on correctly/bubble free/lint free. Now I use whatever cheapest glass screen protectors on Amazon. I don't see the need in paying $20+ for ONE glass screen protector when the cheap ones on Amazon work just as well. I've used a variety of no name brand glass protectors and never had any issues with them. I have yet to have one break on me so, unless something changes, the cheap ones work for me.

My Hoda Sapphire for iphone 13 pro max coating is still holding up after 1 year. Did u regularly clean your screen with alcohol wipes?

I couldn't repeat enough what has been said about Spigen glas.tR EZ Fit.

I have two left hands and even I can put their protector without any hassle.

And it's durable

I use ones from Five Below and Walmart lol. Honestly haven't noticed any difference between those and the pricier ones.

Any time I get a new iPhone (always from an Apple Store) I have them install a tempered glass screen protector before the iPhone ever leaves the store. They put a Belkin screen protector on my mew iPhone 14 Pro the other day. Tempered glass has saved by phone from a broken screen and the phone itself was still pristine. The screen protector shattered but absorbed all the damage. I was able to peel it off in pieces and have a new one installed.

One time Apple was out of tempered glass. They had non-glass ones but I went across the atrium in the mall to the Zagg kiosk and had them install one of their own tempered glass screen protectors. So yes, technically, one time my new iPhone did leave the Apple Store without a screen protector. But only for about 40 feet to walk to Zagg.

I use X-Glas Ultra Tempered Glass from Gadgetshieldz. Once I dropped my phone while jogging and the sound of the impact made me very nervous but I was soo much relieved after seeing my screen with literally no scratches. I was very surprised because the speed at which it fell was not like a normal drop. Im sure my screen would have shattered if not for the Tempered Glass and Case I had on. I think its very useful to have a Tempered Glass (especially a good quality one) cause you never know what can happen.
