What's everyone playing now?

Orange Box

I just bought my first mac this year so most of the games I have been playing this year have been on my PS3

Some games I would recommend to play our Orange Box, Civilization IV and, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. 3 great games you should try out.
Other games worth a try Call of Duty 4, Galactic Civilizations II
 
At the moment?

Team Fortress 2 (PC). But I've not been too well so I haven't been able to play many games. It's pretty much my fave game of forever. Still need to sink my teeth into Goldrush.

Monster Hunter Freedom (PSP) got this for cheap! Really happy with it so far, my kind of game! Load times ruin it though and I'm only onto the 3rd practice mission :eek:

Mario Kart Wii is just too addictive. So easy to get caught up playing game after game online. Haven't 100%ed the single player yet since I've got a few more vehicles and 4 remaining characters (including the 2nd Mii outfit).

That's it for the time being. I've got Pokemon Pearl to play through still.

Got my Brawl coming in... 25 days! Really can't wait for this. Alongside TF2 it's pretty much all I've been waiting for in the last couple of years. Even the best games like Mario Galaxy and Half Life 2 always fade in and out but Smash Bros is a series I could really play all the time!
 
Well, I'm not using Boot Camp, and I'm not much of a gamer, but I've been playing lots of BZFlag lately. It's an online multi-player, open-source (meaning it's free) tank-battle game, and is available for many operating systems. I play it on my desktop computer at home and my laptop at work (when I have free time).

Best FPS multiplayer game: TF2
Best way to waste your money and life: WoW
Best family game: Mario Cart Wii or Wii sports.

I haven't been playing much lately, but Uplink is an awesome game where you're a hacker... obviously your goal is to hack people :p
 
Mass Effect which just came out for the PC. Obviously I'm running it in Boot Camp. It works really well at 1920x1200 with high texture on my 2.5GHz 15" Penryn MBP. I tend to play it at 1680 in a window, though, so I can have a chat window going, too.

Dungeon Siege is pretty good. It probably has the best sound of any game I've played. It's one of many PC games I'm looking forward to playing on my 24 inch mac once I get my copy of windows which I ordered today.

As I said in another thread, I'm looking at playing a new MMO. Either AoC or Vanguard and maybe Entropia Universe. I already own PC versions of Guild Wars, LoTRO, Everquest 2 and City of Heroes and Villains, as well as WoW. I'm not subscribed to any atm, although GW is free so might try that on the mac too.

I played Mass Effect on Xbox. I got to the very last boss fight and scratched the disc by picking up the machine with it in! Won't play now. :( There's some new downloadable content too. Good game!
 
i just quit wow. so i'll be playing more dod:source and get into better at team fortress 2. i'll also probably look into age of conan and mass effect
 
Well I think Battlefield 2142 is one of the best games ever so I was playing that until EA came out with yet another patch :mad: Then I got "Enemy Territory Quake Wars" in which I was sorely disappointed for a number of reasons. So Ive been back to Oblivion

Resurrected my old copy of KOTOR, applied the 1.0.3D patch, and am currently playing it on my Macbook. Too bad it crashes every once in a while... I love this game.

Yes, IMO KOTOR series are the best Star Wars games.

I love both KOTOR and KOTOR2 :)
 
Call of Duty UO. Online multiplayer is still very awesome. I play on the "We Die Alot" server. Great mod. Great players. If you see me on there, my name is Secret Squirrel.

Starcraft is the only game i play. It puts everything else to shame, still.
can't wait for SCII
 
Currently playing Aquaria, WoW, World in Conflict, Call of Duty 4, Sins of a Solar Empire, and Halo 3.
