I had a bad reaction to a vaccine I received yesterday. Been going on for the better part of 24 hours now. Not bad enough to go to the emergency room, but definitely not good. I'm a little better now, but not out of the woods yet. I'm going to call the office first thing tomorrow morning. Thank goodness I am not working or performing this week, I am in no shape to.

Almost a week later and no better. This really sucks. I went in yesterday and the symptoms briefly improved but now this morning I’m back to square 1. I reckon I will need to schedule another appointment because now it’s worse again.

Hired a photographer to do my headshots next week but that may not happen if I’m sick like this. Generally never had a reaction to vaccines, but I guess this is the first time—and hopefully the last.

Only the Covid vaccine made me ill, for about a few days then high heart rate for a week after that.

Fingers crossed you get through it.

Good luck.

One of the Covid vaccines - the first, which was Astrazeneca - left me with flu like symptoms around 24 hours after I had received the vaccine.

The only other vaccine to which I have reacted poorly, was the rabies vaccine, something which prompted my mother to observe, "if this is how you feel after receiving that vaccine, just think of what it is supposed to protect you from."

Thanks--seems to have gotten a little better today, thankfully. This was the pneumonia vaccine, and side effects like this aren't supposed to happen, let alone for an entire week.

LinkedIn can still be useful if you use it strategically. I don't care about any of the posts, I care about the actual people who are my connections on there. I am still early in my career, and I think it would be a bad idea to get rid of my LinkedIn.

Just cleaned out the Subscriptions list on my Youtube. Got rid of all news channels. Sticking with a couple of food and music channels and a few others.
Apart from the constant repetitiveness of the news channels, all the titles are just over the top. As well, many of the titles are just misleading. And there is a creeping invasion of AI into the graphics, and in some cases, the story itself.
Just not worth the effort any more.

Funny I’ve never watched the news on YT. It’s mostly photography stuff and EV’s for me.

I can completely sympathise; some of the food stuff is actually very good.

PPC 10.5.8 started crashing and acting unstable all because I thought it would be neat to hide the LaunchBar icon, holy crap.
 
In the office today and was quite warm. Had to email some "maintenance team" to get the vents in the roof open to allow some fresh air in. Got a reply that it's a 2-day workaround!!! Oh well, at home on Saturday 😂
 
Small Estate Affidavits and Simplified probate is on my mind at the moment ... more like melting it somewhat. 50 states means 50 separate and unique processes for each (assuming they have one or the other or both) :D
 
I waited three days for this? They suddenly reach out and tell me the item is out of stock and my ordered is cancelled. Why was it listed at all?!

You are fine again. 24000 BTU air conditioning is not enough on the Mediterranean coast. I have a 240 km drive to go to apply for a Schengen Visa. My car cannot stand the heat and overheats.
Our forests are burning on the Aegean coast. We haven't made much profit from tourism this year. It's snowing in our cities in the Black Sea and the Caucasus. I really think about climate change

Yes it’s not that bad. Actually cooler the last day and this weekend.

Good luck with the drive. Make sure you pack plenty of water for you and the car.

I had no idea specks of dust that I likely couldn't even see in RAM slots could cause this much of a headache.
 
Why would someone say, "I'm available at 8:00 AM Saturday," and then not be available? That really irks me, and is exactly what happened.
