Here's hoping, indeed.Supposed to be warmer and dryer here this weekend.

Well, I have beer and wine, and crisps, and cheese and bread....
No (fresh) tomatoes, though. And no cream.

Yes, it is delightful, actually: Beer and crisps and (French) bread and (lots of different) cheese will suffice for the week-end.Keep the wind.
Beer and crisps as well as some fresh bread and cheese sounds delightful.
Oh, dear.Tomorrow I get my weekly ration of sliced wholemeal bread from the freezer. Hardly the same thing!
Today was very sunny and warm. But once evening comes around it is much chillier. The autumnal equinox - this year, it falls today, and not on the assumed date of 21st-22nd September - is very much on my mind.
Now, we are entering into the half of the year that I do not much (or, at all) care for, although I do quite like autumn.
They look absolutely delicious, positively mouth-watering.Dry farmed tomatoes, the best of the year, are finally here! Available a few weeks in September-October. Since they get minimal water they are small so the flavor isn't diluted. Taste bombs.

Been dry here. Had a power cut earlier. Most likely due to the high winds.Pouring outside, but sipping a coffee here, in my study.
Well, heavy showers (and yes, high winds.....)Been dry here. Had a power cut earlier. Most likely due to the high winds.
I would make some nice thoughtful tattoos if I were you with that uncluttered space 😉🤔Those look very tasty. As regards autumn, after a few rainy and chilly days we have sun and blue sky. However, it is windy in the Geneva Lake region which means it is still chilly, September and October tend to be like that in even with sun as the evenings are rather cool as is any shade or cloud. I realize I have to dig out my fall and winter sweaters and jackets - I have plenty of hats fortunately (necessity of having a naked scalp ) though the lighter ones are going back to storage.
Couldn’t you donate it to charity rather than trash it? Seems very wasteful.Running up and down between my attic and cellar storages.
Our condominium will offer a container to trash some stuff in soon. I indeed found some stuff that would be good to get rid of. Old music/stereo equipment, speakers etc. will have to go, as selling it won’t bring much anyway. Was many years I brought it out from the living space. The 4x computer speakers have been enough in 2 rooms.
The purchase of 2 HomePod’s makes old speakers extinct even.
So I will make a lot more running rounds here to through away some stuff when the container arrives.
Agree completely with @Apple fanboy .Couldn’t you donate it to charity rather than trash it? Seems very wasteful.

Lol. We never leave without them in the UK! Been dry today though which was nice as I had a day off. It's been raining all day, and the forecast says it'll continue throughout the day... I might have to take out my rain jacket if that's the case.

Rain? What’s that?Well, yes.
My brother used to joke that we were born clutching umbrellas, such was (is) the amount of rain in our weather.
Maybe it's from the Jack Kerouac school.Got something in the mail today about applying to be a “Roads Scholar”. Roads not Rhodes. I am very suspicious. I suspect it’s a scam of some sort.
