I am.
Most people think of Phoenix and Tucson when they think of Arizona. But we have mountains and they get cold. I am in Cottonwood which sits at around 3,600', 5 minutes up the mountain is Jerome at 5,200 and the top of the mountain is 7,600. I am also about an hour away from Flagstaff which is considered the 6th snowiest city in the country with over 7' of snow per year. It sits at 7,000 and the
Arizona Snowbowl is nearby with over 260" of snow per year.
So it snowed this morning. It quit and the sun came out and the snow was gone. Even last winter when we got 4" overnight, it was gone by mid-afternoon. Sedona OTOH will keep theirs a bit longer due to the elevation.
Best of both worlds.
Also, in the summer, we run around 10-15 degrees cooler than Phoenix. When they were hitting 115, we were 102-105. Warm, but not unbearable.
