In a coffee shop.
Ok, so I am backing the car out of the garage, down the driveway and turning left as I do so.
There is a blind spot, where the wing mirrors and the reversing camera don't overlap.
I didn't realise how big it was.
Somebody had parked a large, black Amazon van in the shade on the other side of the road, where, against the bright Aussie sunlight, it was almost invisible.
That Amazon van fitted nicely into my blind spot.
Fortunately I saw it in time.
Amazon, please paint your vans Barbie-pink, or daffodil yellow, or neon green, something other than black.
But the manly men who drive these vehicles might object to that suggestion.

Are you a specialist in eye care, and a diagnostician and practitioner in eye medicine?

If not, then, with respect, no, you cannot say that you are "100% sure" of anything.

This is because you lack the knowledge, the judgment, the experience and the qualifications to be able to assert anything of the sort, let alone with "100%" certainty.

Now, - and I write as someone who has worn spectacles since I was seven - to be candid, if your choice is between donning a pair of prescription spectacles, or impaired (and/or painful) vision, then, I am not so "sure" that there is a real contest, or conflict, between options.

However, if there is to be a dilemma between vanity and vision, well, this is yet another topic worth exploring in your conversation with an eye specialist, which one devoutly hopes will take place in the near future.
Hello sir, I was waiting for the appointment day, I went to the doctor today and had it examined. After the fight, there was blood in my right eye. It passed after 1 week. The doctor said there was no problem as a result of the fight. I don't have astigmatism. The left eye was 1.50 myopia and the right eye was 0.25 myopia. My right eye was in extreme pain. I also had green areas in both eyes. I have green spots in both eyes. The veins are gathered there. He gave me some eye drops. I will use it morning and evening. When I turn 18, I will have my eyes drawn. Thank God I have no problems. I will start using glasses soon.

I have a similar view of hand-tools, such as screwdrivers, utility knives, and especially flashlights. The most useless flashlight is one you can't find in the dark, or even in dim light. "Paint it Black" was a great song title, but it's terrible for tools.

I had a migraine headache Saturday so bad that my vision was all sparkly, which hasn't happened since I was 12 or 13. I was working at the time, which made it more interesting. Thankfully, I was not nauseous. Puking on the cash register would not be good.

I always wanted to learn Aramaic since that was the original language of the Bible's earliest passages.

It's always good to learn more languages, though I'm always hearing things I don't want to know.
Hebrew, Aramaic, Syriac and Arabic are actually the same language. Those who know Arabic can understand 3 other languages. The only difference in it is the alphabet.

I will learn Arabic first. I will read the Quran in Arabic. Then I will learn Hebrew. I will read the Bible in Hebrew.
Well, “the Bible” isn’t written in Hebrew.

Let me clarify. The Torah (5 first books) and most of the Old Testament is written in Hebrew. Some of the Old Testament prophets (such as Tobit and Judith) are in classical Greek. The New Testament is entirely written in classical Greek.

Most of the current translations are based on the Latin translation.

Friends, what do you think is the handwriting of a 15-year-old person? I tried in different alphabets.

Ouch.

You have my sympathy.

I have had migraines in the past - and learned, from bitter experience - that certain things acted as triggers for a migraine; these included, stress, tiredness, not having eaten properly, dehydration, etc.

Twelve years ago, the removal of two impacted wisdom teeth - which used to become infected, and gave rise to migraines - have helped reduce the frequency with which I suffer from migraines.

Good luck.

Apple Music. So this morning I decided I wanted to listen to something different for my morning run, so selected the artist David Bowie and choose top songs. Now he had quite a substantial back catalogue that spanned many decades.

Why was song four a repeat of song one? I mean I liked the track, but there were plenty of others I hadn't listened to at that point!

Sorry, I know a few that get migraine headaches at times, including my wife of 24 years and middle child who’s now 20 years old.

Now I don’t migraine headaches per se, but I do get “ocular migraines” which sounds similar to your description.

My symptoms varies;
-sparklies like you describe
-intense flashes
Or
-the worst is when my vision collapses into a tunnel and I have to literally stop whatever I’m doing and let it pass. Yes, it’s happened while I was driving on highway and I pulled over with hazards blinking on as vision was quickly going, very scary, I was so shook up from that.

Thru all the eye doctor testing my eye nerve is good, the inside “guts”, etc.

Me; I’m near 62 and these ocular migraines started … 7-8 years ago.
They come and go in random ways, nothing I can equate as cause and effect.

Sometimes, gastric distress will add to my migraine somehow.

For a while, my blood pressure was exceptionally low and had no migraine headaches but my blood pressure couldn't be detected by the grocery store blood pressure machines.

I've looked for some reason and there doesn't seem to be a clear cut reason, although, when I lived in Philadelphia, I would rarely have them until my parents arrived.

It was approximately 52 years since the last one like that, although the sparkly bits have been happening over the last few years without pain but there hasn't been a pattern.
