The migraines are mostly a daily occurrence. When my heart was not working well, I didn't have any. My heart was so bad that I went to check my blood pressure at the super market pharmacy and the machine couldn't give me any numbers.Sorry to hear that; get well soon.
Are the migraines a regular (but, not necessarily, a common) occurrence?
If so, you have my sympathy; I used to suffer from them, and, once started, they tended to last for around three (exhausting) days.
Rest, darkness, hydration, and whatever remedies are available would be my recommendation; (that is, remedies that work, for, with migraines, I used to find that remedies that worked on other conditions rarely worked well).
Have you any idea of what triggers them?
I've had food factors contributing and I usually use coffee and ibuprofen to ease the pain. I used to take Butalbital but it stopped working. A doctor gave me some samples of something else and it worked, but I wasn't careful and I don't have the name.
