Nobody is discussing politics here.

However, and nevertheless, one cannot deny that Events Across The Pond have been on not just my mind, - which is the title of this particular thread - but, I would imagine, is also on the minds of many of my fellow posters, especially those of us who hail from The Old World, in other words, who are from Europe.

Certainly on mine. But I’ll not comment further than that.

What's on my mind? How accurate the phrase "In one ear, out the other" is sometimes.

Again shocked how alleged mature (ish) people - grad students as it happens - are less mature than younger ones. 🤐
