I did used to have a nice one, then it broke and never replaced it.

Perhaps you should get a chair like this one...

My god covid sucks, still feel terrible with aches and pains. At least the head cold is mostly gone and my nose isn't perpetually running.

Hopefully tomorrow I wake up on the mend. I worked through this pain on Friday and I will NOT be doing that again unless I feel 90%+ better.
Sorry to hear and hope you get well. Please rest and don't work.

Aw man… it really does suck. I hope you are not experiencing any further complications either.

Also, do not work until you are all the way better—if possible. No reason to do that.

Was getting ready for work yesterday morning when for whatever reason, my feet slipped on the stairs and I fell half way down and sprained my big toe. Initially thought it was broken at first but (thankfully), it isn't. Just hurts like a SOB.

Tylenol and Ibuprofen are my friends for the next few weeks lol.

-25 this morning (-32 for the Celsius folks). Brutal!!
Windy here too. And it’s chilly 45 degrees as I got up to go to work so early today.

15 Pro is now here. Give me suggestions on cases for a blue titanium please!

I'd recommend this site but not sure if you can get it in the US, tried to switch to English but it wouldn't let me.

I like the transparent anti-shock and anti-bacteria.

They have a USA website but they are down for maintenance. Ima check Amazon for some.

I always used the Apple clear cases, so you can still admire the design and color while keeping it protected.
If they have a deal on one, I'll grab it! It seems like a great choice! Nice to hear a real :apple: technician give me their recs, too! By durability, how does it fare? Will it yellow?
I’ve used UAG cases and screen protectors for years. Very durable, and I highly recommend them. I’m sure the numerous threads on iPhone cases could help you, too!

Better than otter box where the OG ones do not even wireless charge well. NOMAD's even have matching bands for AWs, including their Sport Cases.

Same professor who gave me a bunch of music right when I got here for my first year is giving me more now. Gave him a hard drive to copy it to this afternoon - coming back at 9:30 to get it. Supposed to take 2 hours to copy all the files, so there must be a ton of stuff. Look forward to hearing it! In return, I'm giving him all my music library.

Also, beautiful, @goldmac2006! Love the pictures.
Thank you so much for your kind words. The company takes great care of us, and it’s completely different from working from home for most of our jobs. We get to explore while we’re there for business, mate. They’ve taken care of all our food, lodging, and accommodation expenses. After lunch, we visited a nuclear power plant, which was an opportunity to test the full power of the iPhone cameras in detail. IMG_5111.jpegIMG_5102.jpegIMG_5104.jpeg

Blood oranges (more were delivered today, along with my weekly order of some other citrus fruit, several lemons and grapefruit, as well as my weekly supply of organic milk), are on my mind, as is an approaching storm; yet another one.

January always seems to last forever.
I saw Cara Cara oranges 🍊 have popped up in the supermarket.

So happy my department rescued the most broken rovers off the planet Mars in a simulation environment. We had nailed it and even rescued the biggest one. ☝️ IMG_5163.jpegIMG_5182.jpeg

Our boss took us upstairs to a cosmic observatory to see the stars and Venus.

In the office tomorrow. Not looking forward to it. I have a meeting with the boss when he is looking to put some more work my way.
Can hardly wait!
Better to have more work than the alternative.

I’m almost back at work after holidays. Already been listening in on some meetings to keep up with what they are doing.

I’ve never had the alternative. Got made redundant once after 12 years in a job. Then a week later I’m in my current job. Been gainfully employed since I was 15 (full time). Before that I always had part time jobs from around 11 or 12.
