Yes, but the Intel updates were often minor and didn't justify the work to launch a new model. Apple has a lot more visibility and control over their roadmaps now so we will probably see a more regular update cycle, once they get everything migrated over. Whether that means 1, 1.5 or 2 years remains to be seen.Ya, I fear Apple will get lazy and sit on these chips for longer periods of time. They had no issue doing that in the past with longer intel intervals.
