When should I buy?

I spent nearly $1,400 yesterday on this first Macbook for my oldest daughter with the bag and RAM .
Yesterday my youngest killed the Maytag washer trying to wash a huge cushion that completely disintgrated.

I can't win!

Every time I get ahead, something else goes to *****.

I know it may be stretching your budget to get that 24" iMac
but dag nabbit we deserve something nice every once in a while.

It's not stretching the budget that's making me hesitate. It's the thought "Damn, that's a lot of money for a machine" that is.

I'll still get it though. Have fun with the laundry! :eek:

This may seem dumb, but can an iMac be used as a monitor for another computer?
