For sure to use Imacs for power rendering stuffs is not the right way to go.

But for photographers, art directors, designers and among others is now the perfect machine to go with a lower cost and great display.

The biggest problem for me is that apple sells the imac with a tech spec that's not true. if you look here:

look the display specs, is much better than the apple cinema display.

The apple display doesn't have any yellowing issue.
The yellowing is something that you can live with if you work in digital, but for print is something to worry about.

is what i said before this is a widespread problem, let's see the resolutions for the next weeks.

Sorry, its true. But its "owned":D....I know many "pros" who now use the i7 and love it. I couldn't get one without yellow tinge but your mileage may vary.....I also know many "pros" that use iMac's and MBP's.

Honestly I find very little difference between the images edited on my 17" UMBP screen and my IPS monitor.
