Sometimes they do iOS updates to fix development issues related to Xcode etc. Sometimes they are not focusing on what really needs repair.

Usually there are some bug fixes beyond developer items. But it all remains to be seen. But just because some issues aren't fixed doesn't mean that others might not be.

Based on history, Apple should release 9.2 and 10.11.2 next Tuesday or Wednesday. They've more or less been issuing weekly betas, save for holidays. This past week they elected to push the fifth beta of 10.11.2 and not a fifth beta of 9.2. Apple has never pushed out more than five betas for point releases.

Chill guys, is not like 9.2 is the Holy Grail of OS's.

I wouldn't be surprised if Apple only updated with color change for reduced transparency....since some people here are complaining about lack of colors...or hurting their eyes. LOL.
