It's out for the public, not the developers or even public beta testers, I just saw it, so everyone who says its not out today, you r wrong.

9.2 is the same build as beta 4 we've had for weeks. Only new thing is carrier update when you go to settings -> about.

How can Beta 4 be the final - Beta 4 does not have number sync. In addition, I am still not seeing OS X even though I am on 10.11.1

Yup BIIIIIG disappointment. Only for the .01% of total iOS users who ran the beta maybe and didnt get anything new today.

My disappointment stems from running the beta and reporting bugs for the past few weeks, encountering issues with several things and seeing absolutely no changes since the last beta. I am happy other people are happy. I am disappointed.

Cue the people who are grumpy and think Apple did NOTHING for three weeks (maybe two weeks as Apple give staff the Thanksgiving week off).

Beta 4 is stable enough, enough said. Apple are possibly working on iOS 9.3. Heck, they probably have the majority working on iOS 10.

Ha, good thing I had just downloaded "beta 4" last Thursday. This updates still new to me :D

Only thing I'm worried about is that'll I'll still get beta updates. I really don't want to get back into beta updates.. more trouble than its worth honestly. Only downloaded beta 4 because people were saying how stable it was. I erased my profile, but usually I have to update to the GM through iTunes to get off the beta program (even without a profile I've still gotten beta updates). Seeing as beta 4 and GM are the same, will I still get beta updates or am I off now?

The release build number is the same as the public beta 4 build number...
