Yes the sides are like a rubbery TPU. It feels good in the hand and no saggy sides or bottom.
I wish it was tighter around the sides but it does the job.
iPhone 11 with Gadgetshieldz Matrix skin on back and Rhinoshield Crashguard bumper.

Got mine today and it’s extremely tight. No play whatsoever.
Anybody shelve their Apple leather case during this coronavirus outbreak? Since I can't actually "clean" the leather case, I put it back into its box for now. Switching between a Symmetry, Spigen Neo Hybrid and Rugged armor now. Easy to disinfect with wipes
While waiting for my Phone Rebel I’m tempted to try the Apple Silicone again. I tried it with my XS Max last year but I think it was a fake off eBay and never tried it again.
I didn’t like them at first, but it’s starting to grow on me.
I hope there are no major flaws, being that it’s the company’s first case.
Alright I’ve had the ronin for a week now (or so) here’s a few pics alongside my favorite case the caudabe sheath.
pros-
-I find myself taking out my phone just to look at the case lol
-the leather feels nice, has some great texture.
-flat sides help grab the phone easier.
-catches people’s attention (if your into that sort of thing.)
-buttons don’t rattle and feel amazing! Unlike the black ops
cons-
- feels too wide (can get used to it but I cycle between this, the sheath, and the smart battery case.)
- polished aluminum scratches easier than if hope.
- finger prints and smudges on polished crown can be an eye sore but this is no where near as big of a problem as I thought it would be. Especially with all the extra hand washing lately lol.
- this one’s an opinion but I wish they would give us the rounded rectangle volume buttons, the circle ones look cheap to me.
- very little lay on the table design for the screen, although I have an imos sceeen protector which is on the thicker side. If you use a icarez or any other of the cheaper amazon brands it shouldn’t be a problem!
if your on the fence about this case,id say go for it! It’s a nice going out case even tho I use it for the gym and work sometimes too lol I like it way better than the black ops

It too impressed with the symmetry. Power button too “mushy”.
I am However very impressed with this Spigen case I got today. The feel is similar to the Caudabe sheath. Will be keeping.

same, likely it would’ve been better than the liquid air for me (and to this day, that’s my favourite case which I’ve tried)
Lol same, I actually like the apple logo cutout. When you're holding it, it acts like a grip if you have your finger in it to reach the top of the screen.
I also like how it looks--it's nice to look at the apple logo once in a while since most cases cover it up.
For $8 it's pretty. I needed a change and with all that is going on, I figured this would cheer me up a bit. I like it. Not the most coverage but I'm not going anywhere.
