In all honesty, in this climate I am thankful for being able to afford these impulse buys.

Cancelled the white and went with the black mini. I also went with my favorite so far, the natural nomad. I’ll be using a cheap spigen liquid crystal until the nomad arrives. I forgot I bought that case before the launch of the regular 12.

I wonder if they’ve retooled to improve the button tactility since they launched the cases this year.

I don’t think they have. I really wish they would rework the buttons though. They are terrible.

What about cutting a slit beside the buttons? Has that helped on the Nomads? Worked great on my Smartish.

Haven’t tried that yet. Might give it a shot on my Nomad Rugged case.

I haven’t tried that either. It should work though making the tpu around the phones buttons more plyable.

The razor blade trick was a massive success on the Nomad Rugged. I just cut along one side of the button and it was enough. Perfectly responsive now.

If I hadn't blown all my money on 12PM cases, I wouldn't mind getting a mini myself.
