Solid choice. Yeah post pics when you get it.That's all I needed to know, just ordered the dark green one for my white iPhone 12. It even has orange accents on the front lip, I'm 100% sold it looks so cool. And I managed to grab one for 30$ here in Portugal. Less than half price of Apple cases.
Thank you for the help man. I'll post some pictures when it arrives
Is that the Mallard? All black would be good.I've had the UAG Civilian on my 12 Pro Max since I got the phone. It's well made, protective without being bulky, has nice grippy sides and no camera lip so it lays flat, and the buttons are responsive. I just wish they made one in a lighter color.

I thought their old branding looked good; when it was just the UAG in silver. The Civilian branding looks too busy for me. The rest of the case looks good though.UAG need to ditch their branding on the back, side is enough.
Except the black isn't quite all black. ?Is that the Mallard? All black would be good.
That is why would never buy it, just my preference.
It's the "Silver" which is a dark grey and seems to be very hard for me to photograph accurately! The sides are black. Silly me, I got the Silver because I thought it would be lighter than the Mallard. Is that the Mallard? All black would be good.
Wow, in all the advertising photos iv'e seen silver looks like bright silver. Turned me off lol. It's the "Silver" which is a dark grey and seems to be very hard for me to photograph accurately! The sides are black. Silly me, I got the Silver because I thought it would be lighter than the Mallard.
It looks different depending on the lighting (well of course) but this is closer to what it looks like under the artificial light of my desk lamp. Nothing silver about it! It's very stealthy/no nonsense.Wow, in all the advertising photos iv'e seen silver looks like bright silver. Turned me off lol.

Ordered the Pink Citrus and the Plum for my iPhone Pro 12, graphite. I received a notification this morning that both cases are shipped. Should be here by the 6th! I'll post pics once I get them!Pink citrus looks like a nice fun color. Plum is very nice imo and looks appropriate in both casual and more formal settings. Either one looks great, post pics here if you remember.
I’m a process person so for me, it’s just a patina. And evidence the case is doing its job.Wow, those scratches.
Nice choice(s)! They really made some nicely colored cases this year. And they’ll both look great w graphite. Cool, look forward to the pics.Ordered the Pink Citrus and the Plum for my iPhone Pro 12, graphite. I received a notification this morning that both cases are shipped. Should be here by the 6th! They are pretty scary Haven't used mine enough to get any scratches yet.Wow, those scratches.
Never heard of plastic getting a patina before, each to their own though.I’m a process person so for me, it’s just a patina. And evidence the case is doing its job.
Well according to Oxford, patina is defined as “a green or brown film on the surface of bronze or similar metals, produced by oxidation over a long period” so really the whole leather patina thread is incorrect too but hey, what say we drop the technicalities and let people be?Never heard of plastic getting a patina before, each to their own though.
Sure, leather patina to me on a iphone case is just oil, dirt and grime from hands.Well according to Oxford, patina is defined as “a green or brown film on the surface of bronze or similar metals, produced by oxidation over a long period” so really the whole leather patina thread is incorrect too but hey, what say we drop the technicalities and let people be?
By extension, patina on metal surfaces is similarly merely a film of oxidation. I suppose everything can be reduced to components but then conventional references lose all meaning ?. I’m down with a plastic patina, why not?Sure, leather patina to me on a iphone case is just oil, dirt and grime from hands.
Patina is also “a surface appearance of something grown beautiful especially with age or use.”Never heard of plastic getting a patina before, each to their own though.
