I don’t know what’s special with apples leather case buttons. Why can’t others copy it? Hell, why can’t the silicone have metal buttons too

I find the power button gets more easily depressed with the Apple leather cases.
I love it, I go caseless except in the winter and the buttons are just fantastic. They have the basics spot on in their leather case.
magsafe, buttons, and slim.
Bullstrap Ocean. I love this case. The leather smell is still there, but not as strong as when I first got it. I'll miss that. I love the open bottom of this case. That way, I'm not chasing dust or lint around in circles.

I’ve got the blue Bellroy for the 12 PM and have been contemplating returning it. For me, the buttons are very clicky and the firm TPU material they use around the front isn’t flimsy (exact opposite experience of the other reply you got), but it shows part of the frame at the top. If it showed the frame equally across the top, I could live with that, but it sort of bows up on the right side, so it looks uneven. For a $45 case, that’s unacceptable.
I've got the green silicone case on my 12 Pro and don't notice excessive fingerprint issues.
It's a penguin kind of day. Traded in my saddle brown for this guy and I'm very happy with it. In certain lighting there's some obvious banding in the leather but this type of thing has never really bothered me as one of the draws of leather for me is its distinct character as time goes on.
It's going to be an interesting case year for me as I see this getting swapped out with the green and blue silicone cases frequently. In years past I've always just had leather and that would typically last me around six months before deciding I prefer the phone naked so this'll be a nice break from routine.

this is an old bumpp...likong thise case...if you dont mind my asking are you using a glass protector? if so, which?My new favorite case (for the moment) has arrived. The UAG Civilian. Case fits the 12PM perfect and I love that it maintains the squared off design of the phone. The buttons work perfect, excellent grip, correct asymmetrical cutouts with no saggy bottom. Lays perfectly flat on the back and no fingerprint problems. The only con is that it is a heavy sucker at 55 grams. Last case of the year for me.

I'm using the cheap iCarez 3 pack from Amazon. They install perfect with the alignment tray and have fantastic oleophobic coating. IMO the best cheap glass protector you will find.

thanks...a few more questions if you dont mind...is there a bit of a lip..ie if face down the screen is not touching the surface...? also, is the icarez glass going all the way to the edge? it looks like it but hard to tell
I would also suggest the ESR full screen ones. Easy install, great price.

It’s a nice case. I believe the buttons are plastic. I’ve had no problems at all with them.
They accidentally shipped me two of them in separate packages. I emailed them and told them I’ll just pay for the second one. If some kind of accident messes this case up, I have a backup.
It’s the max. I’ve never had any problems with it hurting my pinky. At the bottom the lip in the center protrudes a little. A small section of rounded off leather.
