No problem!

So I’ve only had it for a day and don’t notice too much... maybe at certain angles. I also don’t remember fingerprints being a problem when I had the Rebel before.

How are the buttons on that Phone Rebel case?

Just got the Dbrand grip with MagSafe for the 12 pro max. For me (although I say it often) it’s case game over. The grip is perfect, and it looks wicked with red carbon skin to match my watch setup. Unfortunately I could have probably put the camera skin a little better but I might buy another at a later date.
How strong is the MagSafe connection on the dbrand grip compared to Apple's MagSafe cases?

Pretty good. They’re pretty clicky. No issues with them at all.

I know I make a ton of comparisons to the Grip case since that’s the one I just came from, but one difference is the Grip has ridges on the buttons whereas the Phone Rebel is smooth. I kinda prefer the ridges more.

Never really been much of a skins guy, but since we’re talking about them... I just put the Teardown skin on my Grip.

Anybody use Apple leather case and Caudabe Sheath?
How the two compares each other?

I’m looking for MagSafe compatible case with great fit and not being too thick while still offers drop protection.
Loving my Sheath but I found a bargain on mint used leather case for my 12 mini.

I got it and it will not stay in a car mount. It is fine for a charger next to the bed or on a desk, but any bouncing and it will not hold. I have tested it several times. At least it protects in the numerous drops. Several people are commenting about it on their Reddit.

For anyone with previous experience using Mous limitless cases, do the massive cutouts and little cutouts(slits) between the volume buttons, cause dust and debris to damage the iPhone? I am used to cases with minimal cutouts, like the catalyst influence that I am currently using but I much prefer a case compatible with all MagSafe accessories. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
Anybody?

In my use of the case, I have not had that issue. I did not have much dust/lint get in at all. What was there was minuscule and did not harm or affect the finish on the phone.
Thank you for the quick response. So the little slits between the volume buttons didn't cause debris, dust or scratches on the sides(stainless steel) of the phone? Thanks again.

Returning my Mous Limitless 3.0 for iPhone 12. It doesn't seem to fit correctly. Bits of the frame of the phone are apparent, as if the lip is loose, which is really poor for a £40 case. Perhaps I just have a defective one as it's also ridiculously tight to get the phone in and out of the case, so much so that I imagine it would be very easy to damage your phone if you wanted to swap between cases regularly.

Ordered a Spigen Ultra Hybrid with the black finish around the rim. Going to pop a black Popsocket on it too for extra grip and to prop it up as a stand when cooking and cleaning in the kitchen. Should also let my green phone colour pop through. £15 all in total and getting a refund on the Mous.

Going to be getting a leather case in the next couple of months. Either a Nomad or an Apple Saddle Brown, although I do like the colours of the Bellroy cases more than any others.

Did you find that the limitless 3.0 collected dust and debris around the cutouts? The slits around the volume buttons are something I've never dealt with. The previous brands I have used Speck and Tech21 didn't have those gaps. I am looking into the limitless 4.0 but I also don't know if the strange MagSafe patterns on the internal back tpu is going to cause scratches or make an imprint of those patterns onto the back of the iPhone 12 pro.

Not particularly, no, but I've only had it for a week so probably not long enough to notice.

I'd say that if it did gather dust and debris, the only issue would be in getting the case off to blow them out. I can't stress how stiff and tight it is to get on and off the phone and I'm certain it would scuff up the sides of the phone eventually.

Correct. Even my Dbrand case has the same slits and I don't have issues with that case either (I have the Pacific Blue PM). As I started, you may get a little but of dust, but I have not had a single scratch show up on my phone.

I have the Pacific Blue regular pro. That's good to hear. Not even micro scratches. Is it difficult to take on and off?

Wow, that's not good for longevity of the phone. Maybe its the banana shape? Did you start from the top corners(starting with camera) to remove the case from the phone? Something these tighter cases can be a pain. I currently have the catalyst influence for 12 pro, and its difficult to take off. However, its gotten easier since I purchased it.

Nothing. I am a clean freak and am always cleaning it. I have switched between the Mous, dbrand Grip, and Catalyst Influence and have found no scratches (micro or otherwise) on mine. The cases are pretty darn tight, but I use a micro clothe and start with putting the camera lenses in first (I think many start with the mute/volume buttons), and slide it in. The clothe just keeps my prints off but I can usually help bow the sides a little to slip it in.

I don't know if it's the banana shape or not, but even getting the phone into the case is difficult. Following Mous' own instructions to the T, it feels as if my case was designed around a mock-up of an iPhone 12 rather than an actual one.

It has to be pretty much rammed into the bottom left corner, then the top left is forced in, then the top right has to be pushed in and the bottom right then sticks out until you really force it in.

When it's installed and pushed in as much as it can, the top portion covers the frame nicely but down the left and right sides the frame is visible in waves and half of the bottom too.

Taking it off requires quite a bit of force on the camera module which I can't believe is an intentional design choice as it really tests the strength of the glass there.

Got the Mous as the reviews of its durability are second to none, but I've never had a case as stiff as this before. Like I say, I presume I got an early pre-phone-release batch from Amazon and Mous have redesigned it since to better fit the phone. It's a shame as it seems a really durable case and the leather on the back makes it feel like a £40 case should feel.

Happy to send it back, get a refund and spend £15 on a Spigen with a Popsocket.

What do you find to be a better case? The influence or the limitless? Despite the added protection and minimal cutouts on the influence, you're saying you get the same amount of dust and debris on the limitless? Do you use a camera lens protector? How do you prevent scratches on the lens without a protector?

Wow. That doesn't sound good at all. I would absolutely return that.

You need to try the new 4.0 limitless cases. I have one on order. These are much better apparently.

This is what I'm considering. There's already a YouTube review. I am wondering if the new tpu internal back is as good as the old microfiber one on previous iterations. I'm concerned the MagSafe pattern on the internal back will cause an imprint on the back glass of the iPhone 12 pro.
