If it’s only a bumper you’re at looking for then Rhino shield has the crashguard nx for the 12 pro max.

I have that and stopped using it because scratches started appearing on the left side and it’s bulky. This bumper I’m using now is aluminum so after a while scratches will start to appear. I just want a silicon bumper.

I have a MagBak on the way. We’ll see how that one is. I still like my dbrand Grip but want to try something a little thinner.

Phone Rebel claims their Flex is coming out next month. I’m still on the fence about getting another case from them. I loved the original and had no issues but my wife didn’t have good success with the second gen and her iPhone 12. Case sides separated from the back and they didn’t even stand behind it, instead giving me half off a new one. That’s something but other manufacturers would have just replaced it. And then her phone back cracked in the replacement case. So now she’s using something else.

Sorry forgot to respond to this. I like Rhinoshield - tried them years ago. Their products are so slippery I just couldn’t keep them. It was a mission for me to hold on to them since my hands are typically so dry. That and a little bulk on an already big phone would be a bit much for me.

The Rhinoshield crash guard bumper is bulky and still slippery. I returned it because scratches started appearing on the left side. I’m using a plastic bumper I got on AliExpress and it’s very thin.

My MagBak came in. It’s cool so far. It’s got less Grip than the dbrand I was using obviously, so I have to adjust. The back also shows smudges. It reminds me of the Apple silicon case somewhat. The sides aren’t loose but aren’t as tight as some other cases I’ve used. The corners are slightly raised and thicker cuz of air pockets that supposedly help with drop protection. I’m keeping my glass screen protector on just in case. I do like that it feels smaller than the Grip, and while it’s not slippery I hope the grip will improve some the more I use it. Also the buttons are great!

I’ve only had it less than 12 hours so these are initial reactions. The magnets are probably the redeeming value - I’m so tickled putting my phone on random places like the front door or the fridge…. lol. Anyway I’m going to try it for a week and see how I like it.

After having an Apple MagSafe Wallet since January mine has officially started melting and peeling along the edges. I dont want to deal with going to an Apple store and having to wait while they order me a replacement, a long time ago with consumable parts they used to just pull one off the wall and swap it, so I watched some videos and stumbled across MobileReviewsEh's video on the PopSocket+ MagSafe Wallet and man is this thing the best magsafe wallet that exists.

Since I do not plan to upgrade until the 14 comes out I am going to give some more cases a go and see what other ones rival the Synthesis, Moment Thin, and Symmetry+ but this wallet is such an incredible product.

That’s not a bumper. It has a clear back. It’s odd, the 12/12 Pro version is a bumper with a removable back. The Max version does not have a removable back.

A while back I made the mistake of not reading and ordered the case once Supcase told me it was available (I asked them about it on IG). I got it and was surprised that I couldn’t remove the back like you can on the non Max version.

I’m using the Apple Clear Case and a Spigen MagSafe Wallet for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Sometimes I use it without case, but mostly with case, because it’s a big phone and it feels like I can drop it anytime.
