Bit the bullet and ordered the DBrand grip for my 13 pro max with 2 skins. This was my favorite case for my 12 pro

If I like it- means the phone rebel goes on sale
I’ll be interested to hear your thoughts, the Grip was my case on my 12 Pro too. I’m looking at the Mous, Dbrand, and Phone Rebel right now since they all have lowered edges.

I wish the Thin Fit had MagSafe, it’d be the perfect minimalist case for me.

Still crickets from Phone Rebel customer service on my creaky Frosted Black case. I emailed them 2 videos and no reply yet; so disappointing as I really like the case. I added some Dragon Grips to the sides and it’s almost perfect now but still too squeaky for me.

Ha! Had that for the 12 Pro Max, I’m trying to limit myself and be sensible for the 13 Pro I have now. Finally sold the last of the 12 PM cases on eBay. Pennies on the dollar but freed up lots of drawer space.
This is what I do too. Although with my carved cases I’m gonna make a shadow box for my live edges that are special to me. I have a few live edges that I am ok parting with. I get a good amount for my sales not gonna lie!

I am interested in this. Looking to either dBrand or Mous.

The Mous is overpriced and overhyped. It is one of the cheapest feeling cases i've ever felt. Basically a slippery TPU case with an Aramid/Bamboo sticker on it that was coming off the one I had. Get the dBrand Grip.

The thing that drives me up a wall about Mous is their refusal to put asymmetrical cutouts on the bottom to match the phone. Instead, they put the symmetrical cutouts that don’t match the bottom of the phone and it just looks sloppy. Not to mention their cutouts can be sharp and hell on your pinkie.

I’ve also always thought their cases were unnecessarily heavy. While they may be protective, there’s no reason they have to weigh as much as they do.

How much is it to ship do you remember?

Which phone do you have?

And thank you for the sweet compliment! I love these cases so much too!

I have a 13 Pro Max, the wife a 12 Pro Max.

The case with MagSafe is £45 with £30 delivery. It's not a £75 case for me.
I have just looked at getting my wife one too for her 50th next month with a matching bracelet which which then gets me free delivery and duties paid. So both & a bracelet for £106 or just the cases for £90 delivered. (about $138 & $117).

What do they feel like in the hand? (the TPU with carved back plate)

Is that right? I've never owned one so did not realize. Thanks for the heads up!

Bummer reply from Phone Rebel :-/ I was hoping they’d at least offer an exchange.

“Hey Brian, we are working on this issue, we have not been able to fully replicate and replay the issue to our manufacturers.

From the cases we have tested we haven not found any that had the creaking like the case you have received.”

Both versions feel super IMO. The live edge feels thinner and fancier. Wouldn’t say it’s overly slippery- at least I never have an issue with it but the traveler has a phenomenal grip. The traveler case feels slim enough but you have that protective feel. I own both (I have a few of their travelers). Honestly I have found that carved and bullstrap are the best on the market. For me anyway! The carved are gorgeous and you just won’t find the same case twice. Which is such a neat feeling! Bullstrap is great if you like leather which I use as well from time to time. You can’t go wrong!
