Which Case Did You Get For Your New iPhone 13/Mini/Pro/Max? [Merged]

Going to test these out then decide which few I will keep. I am all about feel, grip and slim form factor. I'll definitely keep the clear one though.

-Tech 21 Evo Lite
-Apple leather midnight- my first time using the Apple leather
-Caudabe sheath - had this for the X but the case discolored after a few months of normal wear. Curious how this will hold up
-Zag gear 4 Havana
-Elago clear Hybrid case

I didn't go overboard this year compared to other years lol but I also may order a few other darker colored cases to test out and see what I like.

After WAY too much thought I'll be getting a nomad brown leather case for my sierra 13PM. I'm the type that keeps one case and phone for 2+ years, and I'm pretty rough on stuff so want protection.

The decision was influenced by my wife telling me, after quite a bit of case research, that she secretly ordered a sierra phone and clear case. Sigh

If the color clash drives me crazy I'll just pickup a lens protector like this

Here’s a comparison between the black leather on the 12PM and the midnight on the 13PM. I like the blue-ish tint and have decided to go with Midnight over Green. But I am curious how it’s going to hold up compared to the old black.

For the first time ever UPS refused to leave the package without somebody being there. Nobody is home during the day at my house so there’s no way that anyone can pick up the phone. They said they’ll try again on Monday?

Finally had time to speak to UPS. It is just about back at the warehouse. My wife is going to go pick it up since I won’t be home until close to 10.

same thing happened to my sister as well. Never had this before with apple or UPS

I've been checking this thread throughout the day to see what cases people are using/reviews, but it appears most are still waiting for their phones to be delivered. It must be an exciting day for most of you (my 13 Pro Max isn't expected until October 25). I'm eager to see what people think of this year's Caudabe Sheath. I believe that is the only case I'll be purchasing. It was my main case for the XS Max, but the one for the 12 Pro Max really hurt my pinky, so I had to abandon it. I've been practicing holding my phone differently in preparation for the Caudabe Sheath just in case there aren't too many changes to this year's model.

Speck Presidio Grip 2 case with MagSafe fits perfectly and the buttons are still great. MagSafe also works great. The texture on the case is fine with me but some don’t like it.

leather cases do show more of the edge of phone than last year but aren’t terrible. Also leather smells like leather again.

Silicone cases show even more of the edge

Yes the leather cases definitely smell like leather this year. Is that why they’re more expensive than last year?

i placed the order Monday night on a limb and didnt hear anything the next day. I reached out to them(they told me it wasn't available yet lol) and within a few hours it was in the mail!

Got here quickly (PA) from Cincinnati.

Posted in the leather thread but figured I’d share here in case someone was avoiding leather from Apple based on last year’s cases. I can tell you there’s a massive improvement in this year’s case. Sounds like others are noticing it too. 👍

I have the gray so it shows a little more oils than the blue or black might.

It’s not a dealbreaker for being in the rotation. Speck always has sales and coupons along with Verizon right now.

I haven’t compared but I think I saw a post earlier where the 12 and 13 were side by side and this year’s graphite did look a touch darker.

it looks slim, doesn't make the phone feel really wide? Some cases do that and I instantly hate them. But the aneu is the first case with the magsafe circle I've actually liked.

It feels slim in the hands and doesn’t add much bulk. I would’ve kept it if I liked the colour more

Ordered a dbrand grip case for my 13 Pro for work but it’s not shipping until October then just ordered a Spigen Ultra Hybrid which should arrive tomorrow as I had the same one for my 12.
