Which Case Did You Get For Your New iPhone 13/Mini/Pro/Max? [Merged]

Went to the apple store ready to choose from one of these 3 cases below. Loved the Dark Cherry colour but decided on the Blue Jay silicon for added grip, and also love the colour as well.

I keep trying to like the silicone but the lint/dust it attracts is hard to live with for me at least. I was tempted to try something different than leather this year but there is a reason I guess why I always gravitated toward that option between the two.

The silicone case seems better than past years. Feels less dusty and attracts less lint.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid matte black back just came in for my Sierra blue 13 pro max. Looks pretty good with the matte smoky effect on the back panel. The seams and edges are great. (Pardon the dust but about to hop on a zoom, no time to clean and stage 🤣).

The silicone case seems better than past years. Feels less dusty and attracts less lint.

It feels great...it just seems like a magnet. Not sure if it gets better or worse overtime, but has me second guessing that's for sure.

They didn’t patina nicely at all on the 12 series, hopefully I haven’t made a mistake getting the golden brown leather case.

Abyss blue is one sexy case, after using the dark navy silicone case last year and seeing all the dust and lint on it, dark silicone cases are a no go for me from now on.

ended up going with Blue Jay instead.

Would’ve looked awesome on my sierra blue iPhone.

I normally get a brown leather one as I love the patina, but just wasn't sure how the golden brown would wear. Will be interesting to see after people have had them for a while.

Good point about the dark navy... I forgot to cancel my order for Blu Jay so that'll be here tomorrow, maybe I'll have a look and keep the lighter one as I do think it will look great with the Sierra Blue iPhone.

loved my blue jay apple silicone case on my sierra blue pro max. but i couldn't pass up the AT&T deal on the apple leather case yesterday and ordered one for $41. still debating if i should return the silicone case.

I just received from Taiwan the Rhinoshield impact MX bumper Black and the build quality is excellent. The Bumper is excellent protection and allows for the beauty of the device to shine through! Thanks. I picked up a Midnight leather for my Pro Max for $41 at a local AT&T store and returned my full price one to Apple. AT&T says it’s 15% off but they priced the MaX leather retail at $49.95 instead of $59.95 so you are really getting 30% off.

Still a lint magnet for me. Pretty color for sure but they don’t age well either imo. Returned and opted for Golden Brown and Midnight leather cases as my only cases.

They are very thick. I had one for my 8 plus and even with big hands it bothered me. Very nice looking though and loved how you could see and feel your phone’s back.

Digging my smartish gripmunk clear with MagSafe for my mini.

First though the white ring was pretty garish but I’ve come to accept it over the last few days.

This will hold me over til caudabe comes out with more colors.

Yeah I think it’s defective. It’s not super loose or anything, just has to be popped back in every time I pull it from my pocket. Really annoying!

I have a similar issue with my midnight case. But the dark cherry one is fine, never does this. It is always the upper left corner on the midnight case that I have to push back in.

Went to Best Buy today for some shopping. Then I stumbled on the midnight blue case. So got curious and popped it into my Sierra blue, oh man, this case it’s made for it looks amazing. Needless to say, I bought it, even though I said I was going to rock this iPhone naked 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

Noticing on the Spigen case around the corners there’s some marking on the phone, like there’s water or some liquid in there. Goes when the case is lifted, but comes back. Guessing it’s oil or similar coming from the TPU bumper. I’ve wiped it out, so will see how it goes. As long as it doesn’t end up staining the phone it won’t be a big deal, just annoying.

I received this one earlier this week for my graphite 13PM and I really like it too.

That was you! I remember liking someone else’s post with the same. First one I saw outside of marketing pics 👍. I had it on all day and really liked it. Between this and the Ringke Onyx I just received, my Apple leather has gone unused for the day lol. Happened last year when I surprisingly preferred my spigen cases to the Apple leather ones 🤷🏻‍♂️

Splurged on both the Midnight and Golden Brown. The Golden Brown is so much fun. It’s especially fun seeing the thin color around the screen as you use your phone.
