I have the same color phone and love it! I was expecting a pure black when I picked the midnight color but am soooo happy with that dark navy tint in sunlight

Me too! I was even saying to dh oh its a black, not sure why people say blue - then tilted it and BAM - what a gorgeous, gorgeous blue! It sucks he needs something bulky over it :(

I’m waiting for a UAG case to get back in stock. I haven’t used these before, but they look pretty neat. Drop protection sounds good. Anyone have experience with these cases?

i wasn't a fan either and returned it.

don't tempt me to drive in Atlanta's horrible traffic tomorrow just for the case smh. might go before work on Saturday.
I would never advocate interacting with traffic. :) You could order from Amazon and return if you don’t like.

Considering Mous Limitless 4 and Pitaka MagEZ Case Pro for 13 Pro Max.

Anyone have experience with both of the previous version to comment/recommend one over the other?
Hi Dukat! I have both the Mous Limitless 4 and the Pitaka New MagEZ Case Pro for the 13 Pro Max and I featured both cases in a review I published a few days ago. They are both really nice cases--I think the Mous Aramid Fibre Limitless 4.0 is a tougher case and is going to provide better overall protection, but the Pitaka New MagEZ Case Pro is an absolute pleasure to have on your phone. Love, love, love it!

Honestly, it depends on what you are looking for. Casetify cases are nice but I do hate that they put their logo on the camera bump. Also if you get the clear cases just know the TPU sides will yellow after a few months. Mous and dbrand cases are quite similar IMO. dbrand is more grippy but the build is not A+ like Mous (you can youtube and see videos of the sides of dbrand grip cases tearing). I find Mous cases to be good but overpriced. So try and look for a discount code. Anyway between those 3 I would recommend the Mous if you're going for the Limitless 4.0.
For CASETiFY cases, if you are worried about the sides yellowing, just choose the black sided option rather than clear sides. I have tons of CASETiFY cases and have never had any issue with yellowing except with the clear sided ones. They have a great feel in the hand and a good level of protection. I'm a big fan of CASETiFY. Mous Limitless 4.0 cases are great too--perhaps more protective than I need, personally. I have zero experience with dBrand...

@kgenova love your channel!

Do you have any of the Otterbox Figura cases sold by Apple you can review or provide some thoughts on?
Thanks so much, @Boardiesboi . So kind of you to say so!
I had the Figura cases for the 12/12 Pro, but I haven't gotten them for the 13 series yet. To be honest, they were my least favorite OtterBox case last year. The fit wasn't nice and tight like the other OtterBox cases. The Aneu and the Symmetry Series+ are much nicer.

Digging my smartish gripmunk clear with MagSafe for my mini.

First though the white ring was pretty garish but I’ve come to accept it over the last few days.

This will hold me over til caudabe comes out with more colors.
I kept my black grip munk as my back up to my sheath. I was pleasantly surprised

I had the Pitaka MagEz Pro 2 on my IPhone 12 Max Pro and I liked it a lot, but not as much as the dBrand Grip with the Black Swarm Skin. Looks like this year the Pitaka MagEz Pro looks better then ever so I’m waiting patiently for Pitaka to release it. I did see your review on the Pitaka MagEz Pro and enjoyed it very much (been a subscriber for many years) So now I definitely want it. Keep up the great reviews.

P.S.
I also backed the Pitaka MagEz Slider on Kickstarter.

I've got the silver PM with the Totallee Frosted case, here’s some pics. I love the case mutes the shine on the sides and resembles the aluminum of the 13. It reminds me of the old iPods (Gen4)
