I went with the midnight Apple Leather Case but ended up returning it. The color just wasn’t for me. I have always gone with Apple cases but the color options this year and I disagree. I am now using the Nomad leather case which I am extremely happy with. I feel like I won the leather lottery as there are visible scars on the leather and rough patches which will ultimately lead to a great patina. I went a step further and used a magic eraser to lighten it up and give a more rustic look as the patina process starts. View attachment 1860003 View attachment 1860005
How do the bottom cutouts feel?

For example, I loved the Apple leather case, but the lightning port cutout digs into my pinky finger and has somewhat dented it.

Is the bottom cutout for the lightning port made of softer material?

I have the tech 21 evo clear case and that’s a bit too bulky. Was looking for something clear but slimmer.
I got the ringke fusion and really slim with magsafe.

I just got the Apple clear case for my 13PM and noticed a slight bubble at the power button. Is this normal?

I went with Apple's Leather cases for my 13 Pro Max, I got both the black and sequoia green leather cases, hoping the fitment would be better than last year with the leather cases on 12 Pro Max.

Unfortunately, this did not change with the 13 Pro Max.

The phone slips ever so slightly in the corners in the case, so I have to push the phone back in again in the corners throughout the day.

Just received the AER Karbon Series from Evutec. I have reviewed this model for a a few years, and it seems they finally made some improvements that I have been wanting.

As you can see from the pictures, the case looks almost identical to years past, outside of it being updated for the 13 pro max. It is thin, lightweight, with a very strong back plate, and a much IMPROVED firmer TPU around the edges. This is the biggest change that I have noticed thus far. In previous years, the tpu was very flimsy, now outside of it being a tad looser around the volume buttons, it is very strong and on par with my Caudabe Sheath.

The case comes with its own magnetic car mount. This one is far easier to put together than the previous versions. The magnets are exceptionally strong, but it is not MagSafe compatible, unfortunately. I have truly made the transfer to MagSafe for my car charging and the charging in my office at work.

The case is not currently listed on amazon, but is $39.99 on their website. Its a solid choice for the non MagSafe crowd, and you get a car mount to boot.

The bottom of my Midnight case uber comfortable. No digging in whatsoever.
The build quality of the apple official case is bad, don’t last long and protective level is low.
This is so inaccurate it almost hurts to read. I've had Apple leather on my past four phones and they've all been dropped. Several times. The case has always saved the phone and I don't use screen protectors. Every single one of them has looked as good or better than the day I got them when I moved up and passed them along.

Yep. Got one for my 12 Mini last year and it went straight back. Murder on the pinky.

This is a common issue with these cases. Just exchange it until you get one that fits properly. Not once has mine budged so much as a hair; perfect fit, solid feel, clicky chamfered buttons and the open face of the case allows a sliver of the stainless to shine through. Beautiful.
