Basically there are many different types of cases available for the iPhone 14/Plus/Pro/Pro Max, and the best one for you will depend on your personal preferences and needs.

If you are concerned about protecting your phone from drops, scratches, or other damage, you may want to consider a case with a hard outer shell or one that is made of shock-absorbing material. If you want a case that reflects your personal style, there are many options available with different colors, patterns, and textures to choose from.

Some cases have additional features such as a built-in wallet or a stand, which can be convenient if you want to use your phone hands-free or carry fewer items with you.

I suggest you to read reviews and compare different cases to help you make an informed decision.
That’s….. the whole point of this thread.

I’m not feeling this Black Sheath I just got for my 14 Pro Max. I’m using the official Apple MagSafe charger at night and I’m seeing the marking on the back of my black Sheath. It’s only been two days since I got the Sheath.

Does anyone notice that about their black Sheath?

New case alert! This is the Totallee Transparent Clear (Hard) option, which contrary to the name is actually soft/flexible. They also sell a Transparent Clear (Soft) case; not sure how that one feels, but it’s a bit thicker than this one so I didn’t get it.

I also have a Pitaka MagEZ Case 3, which despite also being ultra minimal offers a pretty different experience than this one. This case covers the entire frame and is perfectly flush with the screen on the front and camera glass on the back. The Pitaka leaves quite a bit of frame exposed, but does ever so slightly hug the screen on the front and extend beyond the camera on the back. (Barely.) The Pitaka also has the woven fiber look, while the Totallee is optically very (though not perfectly) clear.

Interestingly, the Pitaka has MagSafe magnets, and this one does not. However, this case seems to work just as well as far as magnetic attraction is concerned. My car mount, Apple wallet, and third party wallet all adhere just as strongly to this case as they do to the Pitaka.

I’m not sure which one I’ll stick with, as both have a good, unique twist on the ultra thin and minimal case. The Totallee is $20 cheaper than the Pitaka, but doesn’t seem as premium. (Although it’s still good quality for what it is.) It took a few tries, but I now have a couple great options for thin case life!

Attached are some updated pics of the aforementioned Totallee case. Unsurprisingly for a clear case made of this material, it has picked up a lot of scratches and scuffs. I’m pretty gentle with my phones (occasional drops aside), so this is after a couple months of normal, intermittent use. I’ve primarily worn my Pitaka cases and sometimes the Apple leather one, so this case has maybe been on 40% of the time. It doesn’t normally look quite as bad in person—the pics show the case when it catches the light in the ‘worst’ way. I don’t have the phone face down very often, so I rarely notice the marks but always enjoy the thinness and feel.

My OCD ness is going crazy right now. Is this how it supposed to look with a MagSafe charger only after two days of used.

Doesn’t look right to me. I have that case and mines not like that. I’d contact Caudabe and send them that pic.

I just pulled the trigger on a Phone Rebel Gen 4. Hope it lives up to expectations from all the reviews I've seen. It was either that or the Mous Limitless 5.0 but Rebel had a 20% off coupon so ultimately went with that.
Case came in today. Here are some pics with the Deep Purple buttons

I apologise if this is in the wrong place, but after a break of a couple of years I've finally returned to Apple's leather case for my 14 Plus, out of the box if felt fine in the hand but after a few days it's become, for lack of a better word, tacky. I don't know if it's a different sealant or something. For those who have experienced this (I'm aware I could have bought a lemon although it was direct from Apple) does this slight stickiness go ? I've had it for perhaps 10 days, if it remains like this I'm not sure I can continue using it.

My Synthesis is starting to show those marks and I do not like it. I love Magsafe but it can leave it's marks on plenty of cases.
Yup, there’s a slight magsafe imprint on my Amethyst Synthesis too after not much usage/charging with it. Nothing on my Ink Leather that I’ve used the most.

I believe the back plastic is so thin these are the actual magnets starting to come through where the Magsafe connects.
I did not have this problem on past Caudabe cases.

Wasn't expecting to see so many fingerprint and smudges on my first day with it ☹️

Common with Aramid Fiber? Coming from an OEM Leather + Sheath/Synthesis user
Yea, aramid fiber is a major grease/fingerprint/smudge magnet. The Gen 4 is much better than the Pitaka MagEZ Pro 3 which is one of the worst grease pits I've ever seen 🤢🤢
