Which Case Did You Get or Recommend For Your New iPhone 14/Plus/Pro/Pro Max?

Just got my Sheath in "Steel Blue." Shown here with the "Navy" for iPhone 13 Mini. The Navy almost looks black against this new blue. Should go nicely with the silver 14 Pro.

It's much more vibrant than the navy, that's for sure.

It’s the new Navy just a couple shades brighter and more vibrant but still low key and not super flashy. Pulled out an old XS Max Navy from drawer to compare which has been the same Navy up until iPhone 13. I like this new blue, as I though the old Navy would get boring quickly since it was so dark almost black. Also my pictures are under true white lights so it gives you the true depiction with no warm or dark lighting that make colors look different in photos.

I want to try a Caudabe case for my space black 14 PM. Sheath vs Synthesis? What color to look sharp and professional?

I’m picking up an Ink leather case on launch day, which might be a bit more casual than I want but it’s more interesting to me than the midnight.

Sharp and professional I’d say Black Sheath. The moment you throw colors in, it makes a phone look more “casual” in my opinion.

Unless we’re talking like a brown leather like Umber Apple Leather which is the classiest, most professional Apple Leather Case along with Ink and Midnight.

Also I know there’s a lot of hype around the Synthesis but just the fact it’s more bulky than the Sheath makes it an automatic loss for me. I don’t like bulky cases, Sheath has already gotten bulkier when MagSafe was added to it and the 14 Pro is a thicker phone than the 13 Pro. This year’s Sheath is slightly bulkier than last year’s because of the phone itself. Anything past that is too bulky for me. It’s getting harder to consider Sheath a “slim” case compared to what they used to be. But some people don’t mind bulk that’s just my opinion of course.

I skipped the 13, but on my iphone 12 Pro i did the Mous clarity case. I really liked it. The only thing I didnt like is it let dust and stuff in and i would have to clean it. This year I decided to try the Otterbox Symetry clear case. Hope I didnt make a mistake!

I went Mous Limitless 5. It arrived today but it's VERY bulky. May send it back.

I did the Mous Clarity on my Iphone 12 pro, it was an awesome case. I almost ordered it for the Iphone 14 but the only thing i didnt like is dirt would get between the case and phone on the back. I decided to try the Otterbox Symetry clear case for the 14 pro. Plus i had an otterbox discount code. Hope i didnt make a bad decision.

Sharp and professional I’d say Black Sheath.…It’s getting harder to consider Sheath a “slim” case compared to what they used to be.

Honestly, I would order both and try each out and return the one you don’t like. Caudabe makes returns extremely easy. It’s almost as easy as Amazon. You email them and explain your desire to return. You’ll get a QR code and then you take the case to a drop off location. Just like Amazon, there’s no need to even pack it into a box.

Thats precisely what I am doing this year. Like he said, there’s a lot of hype around the synthesis so I want to try it out.

I am not sure if things have changed per se because I’ve never returned anything there before. It sounds like they just don’t refund you the shipping cost.

Am quite tempted by both this Otterbox Lumen (in silver or black) and the Otterbox Figura (in blue) (both on the Apple store).

When I last checked a couple of days ago only the Figura was in stock at my local Apple store, but literally just checked and both the Lumen and Figura are now available for pick up in store today. So looks like stock is coming in!

I'm just hesitating a bit because there's not even a front image of any of these cases available so really not sure if I'll like them, think I really need to see them to decide. And yes I could buy and return (which is what my local Apple store suggested I do if I wanted to see them before Friday), but I'd rather not buy 4 cases (these + the dark blue Apple silicone case) and return 3.

Since they are available for pick up in store I'll just hope they go on display this Friday and I can have a look at them and decide then! Since I'll go in store to pick up the 14 Pro this Friday anyway...

Finally, someone else has noticed and not liked this: why do they rarely offer front-facing photos???

The back-facing are good, I get that, thank you for those. But it would be nice to also see the front: Do the sides look thick? Do they round over or recess? What color are they? Are they multicolored? These are some of the things we might also like to know.

I always get the bleach sheath. One of the best cases out there year after year.

Going with white/silver again this year to go with my stainless Apple Watch.. great to have orange back again and it's stellar in person.

Sadly the MagSafe wallet has weaker magnets (or I have a dud) than my OG Saddle Brown version. Probably will go back, but the case is a keeper for sure.

Just got my new case for the iPhone 14 Pro Max!



Did not realize it was almost the same psychical size of the normal iPhone 11. Weird. Hopefully they sent me the right case.

I came here out of curiosity to see what cases people were ordering.

Went to the last page first and was elated to see CAUDABE and SHEATH mentioned.

I bought my first Caudabe Sheath last year with the 13 Pro Max. By far, the best case I ever used.

Bought the black for this year's iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, I really wanted the Crimson color as I am a big fan of anything red.

The Crimson has been sold out for about a week now. My black is on its way but I am thinking about trading it in once I get it.

The only thing I don't like about solid cases is that I went with a DEEP PURPLE iPhone this year and nobody will neer know it. However, the upside is the Caudabe case is second to none in my opinion.

I have been using the Slim Armor for years. Still don't see it on Amazon yet.

Just about on topic, any views on the Apple Magsafe wallets and colours being considered to go with the 14's?

I felt it was an expensive addition with poor magnetic ability but hearing better things at moment and suggestion there is a Find my feature with them.... views please.....

So like this colour, with the black it would be ideal but not sure my Deep Purple version gonna bennefit as much.
