thanks for reply :)
I saw the reviews for the iphone 13 for those cases, but was not sure is this also applies for the 14 models.
Did it scratched the frame during the usage or the 13 model?
All cases will cause scratches if/when dirt gets inside them.

I absolutely agree with what you’re saying but there are 0 scratches at all by my buttons from the tiny slits under the buttons on the Sheath. It’s not a large enough opening, also the stainless steel on Sierra Blue was pretty scratch resistant in my experience.

I apologize if this has been asked - how is the fit on the new iPhone14Pro cases on a 13Pro? Other than the slightly larger camera cut out, should be fine?

The power button placement on the 14 Pro Max is lower than on 13 Pro Max and also the 14PM is slightly slimmer on width and shorter in height. It had to be forced into my Apple Leather Case and the power button was useless. It just isn’t compatible at all. Can’t speak for the regular Pro though.

Anyone have experience with Moshi cases, particularly their clear ones? Their 14 Pro lineup looks pretty nice this year.

Picked up my Elderberry silicone case from the Apple Store today.
Does it seem like it’s going to show fingerprints? The last time I got a dark silicone case, I couldn’t stand the way fingerprints/greasy marks showed and returned it. But this looks like it could be a good color with the purple 14 Pro.

My Ink leather case came today - as everyone has been saying, you can barely see any purple in it. I’ll wait to see how it looks with my phone on Friday, but it’s looking like it will be going back, so I’m looking for an alternative.

Hmm time will tell how the Elderberry silicone will wear, but I might have to accept that it’ll get swapped out for my incoming Otterbox whenever I need a more “rugged” case. First impression is that it should hide fingerprints pretty well.

Still wish they brought the Dark Cherry leather back this year. The elderberry reminds me of it, but I prefer leather.

Any dark silicone is going to be a fingerprint/greasy marks magnet and also lint will stand out on it more compared to light colored silicone cases. Elderberry definitely falls in dark silicone territory. And light color leather cases don’t age as well as dark leather cases. So light colored silicone and dark colored leather are the way to go in my opinion. Also I’m not knocking any colors Elderberry is a beautiful color and will be a great match for Deep Purple for that monotone close match look.

I agree 100%. I may look at the lilac silicone when it's in stock in my local Best Buy (no Apple store in my city). I was hoping for a more purple leather from Apple than the ink is.

For my blue 12 Pro, I got the matching Apple leather (dark blue), and also a cheap clear Ringke with a frosted back, just to use until I found a light silicone or something else. Two years later, still alternating these two, so that $8 I spent on the Ringke was sure money well spent! The TPU sides are a little yellow, but only noticeable when it's off the phone. The polycarbonate back still looks good.

The ESR iPhone 14 Pro Krystec™ Clear Case looks like it’ll be nice 😊

Just received my first MagBak case. I love the light blue color but am surprised how slippery the case is. I guess I have just been spoiled by the texture and grip of the Caudabe Shealth case I've had on my last few iPhones. Still waiting for Caudabe to come out with more color options!
Interesting I thought the Sheath was more slippery to my dry hands vs. the MagBak.

My down selection cases.Apple leather Ink, silicon elderberry orESR HaloLock clear.
With the Deep Purple I think I am going to be going with the clear so it is visible all the time rather than hidden away (and that case is a 1/4 of the price of the Apple ones!)

P.s. dependant on your monitor, the lighting here offers a true to life colour reflection.

It'll get better with a little use. I always buy several cases (including a MagBak) and always end up using it 99% of time! Such a simple, yet incredibly useful case.

Am quite tempted by both this Otterbox Lumen (in silver or black) and the Otterbox Figura (in blue) (both on the Apple store).

When I last checked a couple of days ago only the Figura was in stock at my local Apple store, but literally just checked and both the Lumen and Figura are now available for pick up in store today. So looks like stock is coming in!

I'm just hesitating a bit because there's not even a front image of any of these cases available so really not sure if I'll like them, think I really need to see them to decide. And yes I could buy and return (which is what my local Apple store suggested I do if I wanted to see them before Friday), but I'd rather not buy 4 cases (these + the dark blue Apple silicone case) and return 3.

Since they are available for pick up in store I'll just hope they go on display this Friday and I can have a look at them and decide then! Since I'll go in store to pick up the 14 Pro this Friday anyway...
Speaking from experience, I've had the Otterbox Figura on my 12PM for two years and it has warped slightly as it is more of a silicone case than anything. The Otterbox Symmetry on the other hand is rock solid albeit a little hard to put on and take off the phone but once it's on there it's like a tank without the bulk.
