On the grip? There are ridges on the back. The non grip version I can see fingerprints getting on it.

The center section between the ribs picks up fingerprints, but yeah they don’t show as much as they would on the non-grip version.
I've had and returned both the presidio 2 grip and candyshell grip, they were both fingerprint/grease magnets on the back. If a case has that soft touch finish, I don't want it.

I really like the case, but that branding is way too much for me
The Presidio grip 2 though for me seems like a case that hits that sweet spot being thin as possible and the protection it provides.
My wife wanted to buy me a new Apple Watch for my b-day (had a pretty tired old Series 5), really wanted an Ultra in black, which of course doesn’t exist, so went for the Series 9 with a Nomad Rugged watch case/band. Didn’t really need any of the extra functionality of the Ultra anyway, and also like the idea of being able to remove the case and have a smaller, more dressy watch for those times as needed. So far very happy with the setup.
Yeah, don’t get me wrong, it’s a very nice case. It seems no case is perfect, which I suppose is why we’re still here… 😊

That looks awesome! I had and returned an aluminum Series 9 GPS in favor of the Ultra 2. I mainly got it for its durability, looks, and battery life. I was concerned it would be too big for my average wrist size, but it fits perfectly IMO. I also don't utilize its full capabilities, but its great to know that I can use all the features while on a longer run or gym session without needing my phone, and still get great battery life. And I prefer the more utilitarian look of it. That said, the Series 9 was/is solid with basically the same features.

Thanks! I would’ve gone for an Ultra if it was available in black. It’s just a strong personal preference I have for black devices and accessories. The Ultra 2 is an awesome watch for sure!

Which case is on your ultra? I have the ringke one in titanium is this the black variant? Looks good with the munk combo.
Which case from Nudient do you have & what do ya think? I like the look of their thin MagSafe case in dusty pink. Pine green looks nice too.

fit is nice and thin. it's a little pricey though, if their returns were easier i'd have returned it but i figured what the hey. it's a nice thin case.
